Excellent quality, good taste excellent service

Love Lola cupcakes. Today I went to buy Black Forest cupcake and was disappointed to know that they have discontinued making them. They were my favs.

Absolutely love the cupcakes!
I buy frequently now, a mix of vegan and non vegan, for my family. All delicious! It’s difficult to choose! Any flavour is delicious!
Very polite , pleasant and professional staff too. Great service!

Yum yum 😋 😍 love the lemon 🍋 cupcakes 🧁 the cookies and cream cupcakes were very close second.
And added bonus the shop assistant was very helpful.

I had a very bad experience with Lola’s Cake. I had heard from my friend, who had registered before her birthday and bought a very large cake, that their cakes were good, so I registered as well. I even spent 5 pounds at the time of registration. But on my birthday, they told me that I couldn’t get anything because it hadn’t been a full month yet, even though I was just a week away. This was very disappointing. Even if it wasn’t a big cake, offering a small cake wouldn’t have been a difficult trick. They lost a customer, and I’m telling everyone about this very negative experience. I wouldn’t recommend Lola’s Cake to anyone because I don’t think anyone deserves to go through this.

Lola's cakes are the best

Slow service and therefore missed my train. Cake not kept chilled which was not communicated and collection was later afternoon so the cake had been left all day. Decor was ok, slightly disappointing compared to previous cakes i've had. If the flowers were intended to be edible, they were not. Cake itself was nice, but decor underwhelmed by especially for the price point.

It was a quick service, and a beautiful cake but it was impossible to eat as it was extremely sweet, so unfortunately nobody could eat it and wasted my money.

I ordered this as a birthday cake for my sister.

The order was correct and just like the photographs.

I got exactly what I ordered and in fact it tasted better than expected.

Great service. Easy to order personalised birthday cake. It was ready when promised. Very good value

The mini cupcakes were very pretty but there was way too much buttercream icing for my taste, it made them quite sickly sweet. The cake was perfect though so it was possible to scrape off a bit of the icing and enjoy!

I enjoyed the cupcakes very much but believe the red velvet cake was a bit dense
