Starting as a small bakery, we quickly grew and went on to open flagship store in Selfridges and, today, we have over 30 locations in and around London! Freshness has always been at the heart of what we do. We bake around the clock to ensure our customers receive the very best cupcakes and cakes for every occasion. A commitment that still defines who we are today. We care deeply about the experience each customer has with Lola’s. From baking and decorating, to carefully loading orders onto our own fleet of dedicated drivers, every step is designed to make sure each delivery is as special as it should be. Our customer service team is always on hand to help with enquiries, and the occasional problem! Lovely cupcakes

Lovely cupcakes. Picked up in store and staff were a little unresponsive and slightly grumpy but all good! Cannot understand why I have to pay £2.50 for picking up from a store tho

I'd ordered gluten free cupcakes

I'd ordered gluten free cupcakes for my daughter's birthday as she's Coeliac and i inadvertently ordered 1 non-Coeliac cupcake. They had put that cupcake aside in a separate box and when she asked they let her choose a gluten free cupcake to replace it. I was very impressed with this and the ordering process.
