Lola’s began back in 2006 with a simple aim: to bake beautiful, fresh cakes every day. Starting as a small bakery, we quickly grew and went on to open flagship store in Selfridges and, today, we have over 30 locations in and around London!
Freshness has always been at the heart of what we do. We bake around the clock to ensure our customers receive the very best cupcakes and cakes for every occasion. A commitment that still defines who we are today.
We care deeply about the experience each customer has with Lola’s. The order was waiting for me to pick up in Brent Cross shopping Centre, customers service was good, lady showed me my order fully before realising it. But most importantly cake was amazing, I ordered raspberry lemon cake, it was creamy and fresh, you could taste lemon and raspberry flavours, and the cake part was moist and delicious, thank you Lola’s Cupcakes 🧁

Unpleasant staff
Most of the Lola Staff at Brent Cross are not very pleasant. When asking about the choices, their responses are like we are bothering them. Not ideal. The cake slices seem to have reduced in quality. I will still give them another try.

I ordered The Cake shop online for my little daughter’s birthday. Went to collect it from their Local place on the day - it was looking Great! The colours on the outside slightly more pale than expected but the cake was BEAUTIFUL! It was so precisely done both from the inside and outside! It was super delicious and a total Hit for the Kids!

I would like to leave a wonderful review for Jen and Anaya for their outstanding service. From the moment I placed the order, they were so helpful and made sure everything was prepared perfectly. The cake was absolutely delicious and beautifully made for my daughter’s leaving party.
