Lola’s began back in 2006 with a simple aim: to bake beautiful, fresh cakes every day. Starting as a small bakery, we quickly grew and went on to open flagship store in Selfridges and, today, we have over 30 locations in and around London!
Freshness has always been at the heart of what we do. We bake around the clock to ensure our customers receive the very best cupcakes and cakes for every occasion. A commitment that still defines who we are today.
We care deeply about the experience each customer has with Lola’s. From baking and decorating, to carefully loading orders onto our own fleet of dedicated drivers, every step is designed to make sure each delivery is as special as it should be. Our customer service team is always on hand to help with enquiries, and the occasional problem!

I ordered the small Strawberry Sakura Cake and the bento Mango and Yuzu Bento Cake.
The Bento cake is small but looks amazing and tastes as good as it looks.
I wanted to try both new cake flavours.
I enjoyed the Strawberry Sakura cake.
The cake was ordered for collection from Brent Cross.
I had a very easy time collecting the cake and the member of staff was very helpful.

Absolutely stunning and very tasty
I ordered the White Fruity and Floral Cake with red velvet sponge in the mini tall size, easily enough for 15-16 people

Excellent service of Brent cross shopping centre , always. I had to do the collection of birthday cake and it was a confusion abou H.B message, and the H.B message was missing, but the very polite and kind sales girl ( With Hijab, didn't know the name ) write a message on cake and she was very well qualified as customer service. Always sales team of Brent cross shopping centre is best.

Delicious cupcakes
Delicious cupcakes and made up for last time I bought them as they weren't nice. I really enjoyed the details on the Toy Story theme. My daughter loved it for her birthday, prefer the cupcake idea than the cake over the Summer period as its easier to store in the Fridge and eat on time. The chocolate and vanilla cupcakes were fresh and tasty. Thank you so much
