Grest chocolate birthday cake..Well presented and tasty. Fresh ingredients and expertly baked

Super easy to order online. And We’re very pleased with the cake, deco, size & taste was so yummy. Overall, everyone enjoyed & complimented. Also delivered outstanding customer service. I was able to add extra info by email etc. I would like to recommend Lola’s which people aren’t aware that you can order online & get it delivered now. All the guests who attended are going to order online for their occasions now.

The taste of the red velvet cake has changed, it wasn’t like what I remembered. A bit bitter too.

I didn’t know you would have to use your own points for your birthday cupcakes

Their customer service is great, we had called Brent Cross location prior to placing the order and staff member was so helpful.

The cupcake was bought late in the evening and tasted a bit old. 🫩

I am shocked & disappointed to see that the standards & quality of Lola’s have fallen dramatically.
I purchased a cake 🎂 that was not fresh I returned to the store at Brent Cross
I was given a replacement cake but have to say this was also disappointing the cakes themselves are not the same as they used to be in the past you could rely on having a delicious cake unfortunately there is minimal fruit & filling and are not at all flavour

The staff were helpful with ingredients. No samples for new products, which would make the experience even better and would most likely purchase more.

The Wedding Cake of Pearls -Red Velvet was moist, tasty and fresh. Everyone loved it, happy enjoyed and said how delicious the cake was asking who made it. Soon you'll be getting new customer's.

Great taste

The order was waiting for me to pick up in Brent Cross shopping Centre, customers service was good, lady showed me my order fully before realising it. But most importantly cake was amazing, I ordered raspberry lemon cake, it was creamy and fresh, you could taste lemon and raspberry flavours, and the cake part was moist and delicious, thank you Lola’s Cupcakes 🧁
