Very lovely, delivery was top notch

Excellent fast service and really delicious cake. I ordered online and collected from the Bluewater store. Will definitely use again.

I do not normally write reviews but this experience was worth sharing. I visited the Bluewater store on 19th June at around 4:30pm to collect my husband birthday cake. When I noticed a small dent on the cake the staff member apologised straight away and fixed it immediately without any fuss. She also kindly added a mini cupcake on the house for my son which completely made his day.
Her customer service was outstanding always smiling, friendly and well mannered throughout. This is what great customer service looks like. Thank you so much!

beautiful cake went down so well with the guests! just make sure you keep out for a while after fridged so it is less dry! came out really well! lady at the counter was absolutely lovely!

Chocolate and Vanilla cake - not the freshest cake - first time disappointed

Very very sickly. The chocolate edges were far too thick. We had to throw it out as it made us feel quite ill

The taste was gorgeous, melted in your mouth. We had the lemon & raspberries cake.
Lemon just so refreshing. All our guests said the same & asked where we brought it.

I ordered a birthday cake and some gluten-free cupcakes from Lola's Cupcakes, and the taste and quality were excellent. However, the customer service was what truly mattered.
When collecting my order from the Bluewater shop on Saturday, I accidentally forgot one of the boxes containing the gluten-free cupcakes. I only realized my mistake right before closing time. When I called the shop, the wonderful ladies working there actually stayed behind and waited for me so I could collect them. Since we had gluten-free children coming to the party the next morning, their kindness prevented a total disaster. Thank you so much for the amazing service—you went above and beyond

Easy to order/pick up
Wonderful cake for a great price. We purchased the 'Frozen' style cake for our daughters birthday, she absolutely loved it. Really reasonably priced and delicious cake!

The cake was was dry and crumbly . It didn't taste fresh at all . It had a funny "fridge" smell and taste . We were quite disappointed

The best chocolate cake I've ever Tasted!

Beautiful birthday cake. My favourite cake is red velvet but often as a cake companies won’t use cream cheese. Lola uses cream cheese inside and a beautiful buttercream on the outside that doesn’t over power the cream cheese. Defo ordering it again for my wedding

Lola’s Cupcakes are always our go-to for birthday treats. On top of being delicious, their website provides incredibly detailed ingredient and allergy information. It gives you complete peace of mind when catering for a group of children.

Archie at the bluewater lolas branch is very helpful and made my experience so much easier. I would come back here because of the service I received.
