Lola’s began back in 2006 with a simple aim: to bake beautiful, fresh cakes every day. Starting as a small bakery, we quickly grew and went on to open flagship store in Selfridges and, today, we have over 30 locations in and around London!
Freshness has always been at the heart of what we do. We bake around the clock to ensure our customers receive the very best cupcakes and cakes for every occasion. A commitment that still defines who we are today.
We care deeply about the experience each customer has with Lola’s. From baking and decorating, to carefully loading orders onto our own fleet of dedicated drivers, every step is designed to make sure each delivery is as special as it should be. Our customer service team is always on hand to help with enquiries, and the occasional problem!

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us.
We are sorry to hear that your cake developed mould after your collection.
We do recommend that our cakes are at their best served within 48 hours starting from the day of delivery or collection (inclusive of the day of and day after) and do advise that the cakes would need to be stored refrigerated during that time.
As these are fresh baked products, in this case containing fruit, it is very important for them to be served soon after receipt and to store safely for best quality.
We will be sure to log this with the relevant teams to review further.

We are sorry to hear you found our Gluten Free Cookies & Cream cake to be extremely sweet. This cake is decorated with our buttercream which is the sweetest icing we make at Lola's.
I can recommend any of our cakes with cream cheese icing like our GF Red Velvet or GF Chocolate & Raspberry cake.

Fresh, delicious and beautiful cake
The cake was beautiful (as pictured on the website) and delicious. The staff at West Hampstead were extra helpful. Another year we chose Lola's for my son's birthday cake and we are super satisfied.

Absolutely delicious 10/10
Absolutely delicious! I bought a cookies and cream cake for my partners 30th birthday, and he said it was one of the best cakes he’d ever eaten (I agree). It was beautifully presented, and really reasonably priced. I would highly recommend.
