I have now purchased two pairs of frames from Lohause - both frames have become my go-to daily wear glasses. Two things drew me to Lohause: 1. Quality & 2. Style. I have had more compliments on my glasses from complete strangers. I wear my glasses exercising, riding my bicycle on long rides, doing yard work and never hesitate to use them knowing that they are well-made and real quality. I am sure I will be buying a third pair down the road. Best. Frames. Ever.

I own five pairs of Lohause glasses and get compliments on them almost daily. I can't recommend them highly enough. The quality is top-notch, the designs are stunning, and their customer service is unmatched. When customs held a pair, Lohause stepped in immediately and got them released fast. And the one time I had an issue with the lenses, they replaced them—no questions asked, no delays, and at zero cost. They even sent me the original frames back, having replaced them with new! Truly excellent service and absolutely gorgeous glasses.

I had a small problem with my glasses. Customer support was there for me immediately and offered various solutions. My questions / concerns were dealt with very quickly. I am very satisfied with the whole experience!

Loved that the website has all dimensions and several different photos from different angles. Also, the "Limited Edition" section is awesome!!! Ended up getting a pair from there actually :)

The entire experience was great, from questions about the frames, purchasing online, to the fast shipment, and receipt of the frames. They fit perfectly, and quality is great. These frames are so cool and well made! Also their customer service is fantastic. I ordered a prescription pair and forgot I had a coupon for a discount. I’ve owned many glasses, and the uniqueness of the design and the quality of the construction make them unbeatable for the price. And I can’t say enough about the customer service team - immediately responsive and went out of their way to honor a coupon I had forgotten about when I placed my order.

First, the product is excellent and high quality. I got the Dean in Paradox 8. Absolutely beautiful and I can't wait to buy my next pair.
Second, customer service is above and beyond. I had clearance issues on the import and they stayed on top of the delay, checking in with me and the shipping carrier to get it through as fast as possible. After the frames arrived, I got another email making sure I was satisfied with the purchase. Love Lohause!

Having received my `Evans Scotch´frames today, I am delighted with the quality and style of my new glasses. Importantly, the level of service and immediate responses to my questions via email has been outrstanding!.. This level of customer care is rare in this day and age! 5star quality and 5 star chic. I loved my first pair I ordered another pair (different style though) because the first fit so well and were very chic. I have a smaller head and have trouble finding ones that fit! These are awesome.

Ordered and received great quality of glasses and enjoying them. So classy.

The glasses are perfect and come in a minimal elegant case and with a cloth. The fit is perfect and amazing quality and I feel like a 1960s beatnick when I wear them! Customer services were quick to respond when I told them I was going abroad and they sent the glasses in time.

I'm surprised about the negative reviews re the customs charge, this is something that always has to be paid when ordering from abroad, why is it a surprise? I factored this in when making the purchase. Can't wait to buy more from this brand, and the marketing campaign is just perfection!

And MOST important: I am super-pleased with my Winston Airs as they are very stylish and extremely well manufactured. In addition, the packaging is top notch. I will definitely be purchasing from Lohause again.

My son needed some glasses and we took a good while to find some he really liked. He is very particular with the frames he uses. He came across Lohause and loved that it is family owned and that the frames are made from Mazzucchelli Cellulose Acetate, which makes them unique. He was a bit skeptical since he had to order them online without trying them on but when he received them he was very happy. They look great! Now we wish we could visit the physical store in Italy! 😭 These are the best frames he’s owned and we will be returning customers. I also appreciate the customer service and how accommodating they are with any questions we had. I highly recommend. Thank you!!!

Ordered my first pair of glasses thought I would treat myself. I’d have to say they were lovely but when I woke up this morning I was very disappointed to have a bill from customs for £51. Didn’t think we had to pay that but just read their small print Which is a shame. As it makes them too expensive to buy again, regards Andy B
