Perfect Service!!
Wee sought out this company to design a logo for our startup. The job was well done and looks great! But that wasn't all. Nick (hope he does not mind the familiarity) offered us additional advice on what we may need and, especially, devoted a lot of time to listen to our concerns.
I would definitely recommend your services! It sure feels ike the place is full of 'Nicks', people who are invested into their clients' business needs!!
Thank You Nick!

Worse customer service
Worse customer service. First, the logos were super bad, didn't pay attention to the list of guidelines submitted.
Second I purchased a 100% money-back guarantee, after lingering it for 10 days and too much back and forth they never refunded back the money. I ended up disputing the charge and won't recommend this company to anyone, unless you have all the time in the world and free money to throw

John and his group did an excellent job in the design of our logo. They were prompt in response time and very accommodating to the multiple changes we presented. We could not be more happy with the logo.

I have been working with Mark a Senior Manager to redesign my website. He did a creative and client intuitive design which I am sure will bring in more online business. Expectations especially for the price were exceeded. He was always available to make many corrections to a complicated website as part of the package, until I was completely satisfied with the result. Dr. D.

Still waiting on my refund for a logo I…
Still waiting on my refund for a logo I never received. I too have reported this business to BBB in New York. This company is not legit. They are professional scam artist. The "positive" feedbacks you see below is the company doing damage control. PLEASE, PLEASE, do business elsewhere. If you have Facebook or even Instagram search and see if you have local designers. Do your own networking and research in your own town before reaching out to these people. Its not worth losing your hard earned money.

This company is a fraud
This company is a fraud! They promise Money Back 100% garuntee and they do not offer that. They said they were going to make a website for $268 and we had a few revisions because it was notimg like what we asked. Then they refused to give us our money back that they promised was 100% on the website! I went to the BBB and to the NY Attorney Generals office regarding this matter. If you look closely, it looks as if they put thier own reviews on this platform. All I am saying is if you have experienced the same behavior, file a complaint like I have so that they can be stopped!

Logo Design with Brad
Worked with Brad to create a logo for my startup—he was polite, patient, and responsive. Brad provided status updates on my logo creation at each stage of the process. I provided him with set requirements for my logo (as I already had a vision for what I wanted) and it was completed perfectly on the first round—didn’t even need a revision. Would definitely recommend logoin30minutes for your logo designs!

Experience
I began my journey with Zack Foster who helped create my logo! My experience with him was that he was very easy to work with. Now I have been working with James Nelson for a few weeks now and he has been nothing but attentive. Starting a new business isn’t easy but having him create my website & menu designs is easy. I have been making many many changes along the way but he has been extremely hands on with my project. We are still working on the project together and I’m happy I chose this company to begin my journey with. Thank you James
