BUYER BEWARE proceed with caution.
The logo creation was a relatively decent experience and that’s why I gave 2 stars. I ended up purchasing hats for an event I was hosting. They weren’t able to get them to me in time so I obviously didn’t need. Sucked because they were team caps and would have been cool to have at the inaugural event.
This all was in late May. I was told I’d get a refund in 25 days (which seemed crazy long to me) but waited and never received. I had to file a dispute with my CC company to get it back.
Definitely would not recommend.
**UPDATE**: I filed a dispute with my CC company and everything was going as planned. I just received note that they disputed my dispute and actually lied and told them i received my hats. Luckily i kept all communications that clearly stated from James that i did not. As of now i filed another dispute. WHAT A SHADY ORGANIZATION.
After all this i wouldn't give 1 star. BUYER BEWARE!!

I inquired about a logo over six months…
I inquired about a logo over six months ago. I wanted to weigh my options and decided to use a different company. Boy was that a mistake! Logo in 30 minutes called almost every day all different hours, I even had someone call at 9 pm. once. I told six different people to take me off there list. They were even using spoof numbers that appeared as local cell phones. I still get a call about once a week.. I just can't believe the lengths this company went to. And now I'm getting calls from other logo companies that are doing the same thing. Never ever will I use them. How disrespectful can you be. Wth

We don't even have anyone with the name "Kristoffer R. Cattle".
Why would we call you every day, every hour? and then once a week? I mean what is the point of doing that?
You must have some misunderstanding so I urge you to remove the review else we will report it since it's not even legit.
Thanks,

Not trustworthy!
Disappointing! Small businesses be warned these people will milk you for everything you have. They designed my website – a slow website gave me no information about website speed beforehand.
Sold me a 3-year hosting package to undercut GoDaddy whom I had been using then turn around 6 months later and tell me my bandwidth has run out!!!! Any client logging onto my website will not have confidence in my services due to this message!!!! Scoundrels and thieves!!!!!

careful with licensing hidden fees
Our manager, Jim, deserves 6 out of 5 stars and I would recommend you ask for him. Very helpful, he went above and beyond on many aspects of the design process. He was quick to respond, eager to please, attentive to our wishes and completely a team player all the way to the end. As for the company, I rated the experience at 4 out of 5 stars because of a shady issue concerning payment. Difficult arguments with the legal department were needed to ensure that I got what was advertised in the package. Here's my hint to you: Be careful to find out about licensing fees before settling on the price package. Instead of receiving the logo for $150 as I thought I would (with 100% rights to the logo guaranteed, as the website declares is the silver package deliverable), a legal dept rep initially demanded that I either comply with paying $289 "to the government" "for licensing and transfer" or I lose my $150 entirely.

Nick is the Best!!
I first started to work with Nick at Logo in 30 minutes last year to make me a new logo which came out gorgeous! Now recently I had him convert my website over to Word Press. He did an amazingly outstanding job. He made the site even more beautiful than it was before and a lot more functional. He is very easy to work with & very attentive. You won't be waiting forever for him to get back to you! I highly recommend Nick and his company not only for your logos but all of your website needs. They pretty much do everything! I highly recommend Nick and his team!
