I’d give no stars if possible. Don’t make the same mistake I did. This company is a total scam and should not be in business. All they do is pray on the naïve and follow a script to take your money. They will not give you full control of your website without charging you an arm and a leg. Choosing to use this company was the worst financial mistake I could’ve ever made. Take the time and learn to use wordpress or wix to create your website and logo.

I believe they are the best in their work. The best part is that they did everything according to my need like logo, social media, SEO, Business cards. They delivered me all things with the best quality and on time.

DONT DO IT
The only way this company will ever respond to you as if you leave them negative reviews. Paid them info to do a trademark for me they took all of my money it’s been over a year and a half and they’re only saying they can give me a trademark if I pay them more money. This is also after they told me that my website was hacked and require me to pay $300 for them to stop the hackers and fix my website even though prior to that they said no one would be able to hack it if I paid an extra fee. I could go on and on about the things they scammed me on one time they texted me and told me I needed to pay them to renew my trademark because I never registered it with them and I showed them the photo of me registering the trademark with them that they provided and then he said oh my apologies my notes were incorrect.

Abigail Barnard, We have already informed you that trademark has been refused by the authority and it's the third party so we can't do anything with it.
In fact, we have explained to you already about the status so there is no point in posting the reviews as that's your fourth review and out of 4 reviews you have removed two of them. You paid only $300 for the trademark and that was back in 2019. That's the URL of your website https://theprincesspalacespa.com/
as you can see it's working fine. Since we designed the logo, developed the website which is working absolutely fine. So you can't call us the scammers. The amount we quoted you that's for website protection so it's solely up to your discretion.
Bait and Switch
Bait and Switch, watch out for the hidden copyright fee. Paid $35 for a logo, and then they call to "confirm you like it" say they're going to transfer the copyright to you... for $299. Comical. I'll pay a small business instead. Absolutely SHAMEFUL.

Websites been down for a year and half
Websites been down for a year and half, tried to contact and got nothing.
Just been called at 11pm from America asking for money to put it back online and said the person I set it up with was doing fraud. Then they said it’s not my Concern and these are the prices to activate the website.
Complete scam and don’t listen to the reviews. Might be ok for a logo but anything else is a scam

Danny, Our customer service works 24/7, and before calling you discussed with our representative on WhatsApp so you can't say that some trying to do the scam with you. In fact, your website was suspended due to non-payment for renewal. Our representative even tried to offer you lucrative discounts too due to the Covid19 situation. You have finalized the website and we made it live with your approval so you can't say that you weren't satisfied.

Brilliant company, excellent service and designs would highly recommend to anyone needing design work. Luke Redding who dealt with our design was very helpful, friendly and efficient. All done very quick but to a professional standard, couldn’t ask for more. Thanks!

DON'T GET SCAMMED!!
My experience with this company was really bad. NO MONEY BACK GARUNTEED!!! NO SATISFACTION GARUNTEED! It's false advertising!!!
They said in the sales pitch, money back garunteed and satisfaction garunteed! They also promised unlimited revisions. However, Jim Morrison did not deliver after agressively calling every day to get my company to buy thier services. 1) They did not listen to what we were asking for. We had to provide our own material for the website over and over again. 2) They used pic/material from another country. Our target audience is American and they speak English. 3) they were impatient and rude about any revision. Even after being provided with all the material they required for service. 4) the time frame was definitely beyond what they promised. 5) I spoke to John who is the manager when I got fed up with the company all together. Both he and Jim said NO MONEY BACK! We went around in circles about the false advertisement. I went to the BBB and they are not even registered with them. I also went to consumer affairs to report this behavior. Because I noticed other reviews with the same issues, thus a pattern with this company. If this were a honest company, by now they would correct the false advertising of MONEY BACK GARUNTEED! This is obviously a scam!!! Beware Of This Company!
