Rip-off Company confirmed
In December 2020, the company was contracted to put together a $1,300 package that included a copyrighted logo, business cards, and a completed website with no additional fees for 3 years. The original cost was $300 without the website. The first guy asked for additional fees in order to lock in the logo. The offer was increased after charging another $600. After not seeing the results and request for more money, scam artist #1 is replaced by scam artist #2 who claims he is one of the owners that is personally taking over the project. In order to complete everything properly, the total fees went to $1,300 so that it would be a complete package handled by the owner. Meanwhile, there is a 30-day refund policy that they refused to honor. I requested the refund within the time frame, but they say we never give refunds. The website was never fully functional as expected. In March I get an email saying I need to pay another $700 because WordPress fees have gone up. If I don't pay, the website will be pulled. After calling and complaining, a 3rd representative got involved. He states that all their people were fired and they are re-focused on customer service. He is the project manager, and will personally manager our project. We just need to trust him 1% and pay the $700. When asked why haven't we received anything but a broken website for $1,300, he said he can fix everything if I just pay. I asked about my logo and business cards I never received. His response, they got rid of those people who promised those things. He said he would look into it. I said is Luke one of the owners? He said yes. Is he still working for the company? He said yes. I said why not ask him about the things I have already paid for, but never received. His response, just trust me 1% and pay the $700 and everything will be taken care of. Information containing who is running the company is not available. This is without a doubt a Rip Off Company that has similar complaints with the BBB and others.

This company is a fraud
This company is a fraud! They charged me for building my website but the work never even started. I changed my mind because another company offered a better deal so I requested a refund. First, they said the developer had already been hired so they would deliver the website. I told them I did not need 2 websites, I needed my money back. Then they told me they would issue a partial refund, which is absolutely unacceptable since they did not have to move a finger. What work was I paying for then? It is as simple as moving the money back. Then they told me I would get a full refund, and the email confirmation said the money would be back in my bank account within 15-18 business days. Here I am 2 months later and still no refund. Nick Halt, my contact person, when questioned, said there were a couple of other refunds before mine so he asked me for a little more patience. That is BS! Refunds aren't put on hold or in a waiting lounge till other refunds are completed. Other refunds don't affect a refund that has already been issued. So the truth is, my refund has never been issued. Nick said multiple times that he would personally make sure I would get my refund. That was 3 weeks ago and still no refund. These people just took my money for work they never had to do! Basically, they stole my money. I have contacted my attorney and we would have to take legal actions against these frauds! Stay far away from Logo in 30 Minutes. They should be called Stealing in 5 minutes.
Update: 0819/2021
I can't believe what a swindler company this is! Just got an email from TrustPilot saying Logo in 30 Minutes thinks my review belonged to another business lol That's like saying they have no idea what I'm talking about here. Of course, I did not accept their dispute! So now they asked me to provide further information and documentation to verify that my experience was indeed with Logo in 30 Minutes. Funny how I logged into their Teamwork platform, where all the design work and communication took place and they wiped out everything. That just tells me that they know exactly who I am and what I'm talking about, they are just trying to wipe out all traces to them. Too bad for them, I have every single text message, email correspondence, invoice, screenshots, contact info, everything that traces back to them very clearly. I had talked to my bank also and they have already begun an investigation because I filed a chargeback complaint. My attorney and I have been working on this so these people won't just run away with my money they took but did no work for.

Bait and Switch
Be warned - you will be paying much more than advertised for a logo. This is essentially a bait and switch operation. They lure you in with low prices and quick turnaround and, when the logo is complete, explain that it will be another $300 to release the copyright. Had this been adequately explained early on in the process, I would have most likely stayed with them. Since it wasn’t explained until the logo was complete, it seemed like a very slimy business practice (no mention of extra fees associated with the work throughout the entire process). Their work was good, but I’ll give my money to someone that is transparent about pricing in the future

This was approaching 7pm P.S.T. and I started a chat expecting a bot... well, it was a human, and his name was Justin! I'm giving this company a five star, and they will be surprised why I am doing this.
Their work is fine, and they followed my guidance well. (I owned and operated an ad agency for 28 years, so I knew how to direct an artist.). I had a simple design in mind, and this company was prompt and competent. But that's NOT why they get a 5 star. They get the five star because they called me twice AND TALKED TO ME! They were real people! The guy's name was Mark and he helped me, and I KNEW WHO TO HOLD RESPONSIBLE, AND WHO WAS MY CONTACT. This was EXTREMELY refreshing! I dealt with a person. You will like this company, and feel comfortable because of that. I hope this company reads this review and remembers this... there is no substitute for people working with people. Good job!

These guys are the biggest scam artists I have ever come across, and to top it off, their designs suck. After they worked on mind, they said I to paid $300 to get the copyright back from them. Ha! They aren't even located in the US. I think Pakistan. Stay on the phone with them long enough and the accent begins to show. Avoid them at all "costs'>
