Excellent service , many negative reviews complain but ultimately when you take a loan like this it's because your credit rating isn't remotely acceptable to other institutions.

if you still fail to pay after you've taken the loan , how does a company / entity reclaim its money.

I never missed a payment & subsequently never had any issues

expensive loan but got me out of tight & painful situation.

If you pay on time , you'll have no issues. I paid the loan of early & saved a substantial amount in the end

i recommend them for what they are offering - just understand the T's&C's & pay your debt & you'll be fine

This was a very quick service. Everyone I spoke to was helpful and informative.

From start to finish, these guys helped me with any questions or concerns I had, needed cash quickly for an urgent repair on the house plumbing and with my less than perfect credit I couldn’t get assistance anywhere else. I applied and after having all my details checked and a couple of phone calls to make sure I could afford the loan and repayments the application was complete. Then we arranged for a local agent to come out and take pictures of my car, V5 and ID, the very next day the money was in my account! Fantastic service and great customer communication all the way through. If you need help, own your car and have tried everything these guys will help you. Highly recommended!

I was initially a little nervous of going through the application process but needn’t have worried. I filled out the straightforward application and linked my bank accounts for 2 hours access so the lender could verify my incomings and outgoings etc. I was contacted within an hour by a nice chap called Rob who explained everything and asked if I was happy to proceed. I agreed and was sent an electronic letter to sign etc. I was then contacted by Rob again who double checked again I was happy to proceed and he arranged for an agent to come and look at my car. They sent an agent within 40 minutes of me agreeing. The agent was very nice and took photos of my car, the V5 and my drivers license. All took only 10 minutes. Then I received a call from Leo who was very polite and confirmed my name and d.o.b and the account number and sort code I wanted the loan paying into. Within 5 minutes I had received a welcome email and the money was in my account. All in all I am very happy with how it was all handled, speedily and professionally. They couldn’t of been any better to be honest 😁. Applied at 8.30am and money in bank by 2pm. Granted the interest rates are high but it was all fully explained and I needed the money quickly so it was fine. 5*
