Im going through a rough time with money and they ain't offering any options to pay them back they keep putting me in arrears I wouldn't recommend this company they dont care about anything but profits

I have had two loans with Car Cash Point, great service and Grace my account manager was extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely be using Car Cash Point again in the future

Cannot thank hollie enough she’s been my account manager for 3 years and I have gone through some issues in that time she’s always done everything she can to help me and keep my payments on track she truly is a perfect example of how to be professional and to show great customer service any one who is or was and going to will be very lucky to have her as your account manager as thank you soo much hollie !!! I didn’t have the loan for the full term it was a temporary cash flow support following a divorce however the service was positive and they were also understanding when I had unexpected expenses and had to move my payment dates etc.

Outstanding experience. I cannot commend Hollie and the team enough. They have always made my experience straight forward and I have been a customer for quite a while. I cannot recommend this company enough. Thanks again Hollie, Grace and the team

Really great help when I needed it and managed to pay it off early . Hollie was great help .

Stay away forever, I got £2700 loan for my car worth £15000,
Payment was £269 a month after making a payment for 1 year which is £3228 .
I ask for settlement for my loan and was £2534 to pay . So for my £3228 I paid only £166 went for my loan and rest is interest. Please avoid unless it’s your only option.

Only positive experience was with a lady called roisin who gave a grace period on surrendering the vehicle

Wanted to make a complaint was told to fill the form out on website but no form for complaint just a phone number but was told couldn’t make complaint over the phone

Carcash point have really assisted me. I had a problem with my car and they were so reassuring and very quick in helping me to switch to an alternative vehicle. Paul goes out of his way to meet tight deadlines and Kash was so lovely too.

Had three loans now with CCP, generally you deal with the same names and faces which is good, although these type of loans are a higher interest, I find they are cheaper than others on offer by far... the name of the game is to settle asap, which they are happy for you to do, weve settled all our loans 24 months early, on our middle loan we did encounter financial struggles at home and the team were more than helpful, offered lots of assistance while I got back on track, after 3 loan agreements id be more than happy to enter a 4th for short term cash, thanks guys !
