Thank you to Rob for his empathy, patience, and professionalism to support us in our preparation for my sister's funeral. It seemed as if he had all the time in the world for us - we were given as much advice and support as we needed to make choices and to create a service we will always remember. All the arrangements went smoothly and my sister had the best celebration of her life.

The service from my Sarah passing to the day she was layed to rest. Was excellent. Zoe was brilliant kind , understanding. And a total credit to your company for her knowledge and dedication to her job.

The service was exceptional from start to finish. The office team showed genuine compassion, listening carefully to our wishes and tailoring every detail with great care and professionalism. The craftsmanship of the hand etched portrait is truly remarkable. The level of detail, precision and artistry brought our mother's image to life in a way that was both beautiful and deeply moving. Seeing such a faithful and heartfelt tribute provided great comfort to our family. The quality of workmanship, combined with the empathy and support of the team, created a lasting memorial that exceeded all our expectations. We are sincerely grateful and highly recommend their services.
Special thanks to Susanne, who offered to see us even during weekends as me and my husband were struggling to see them during weekdays due to our work and childcare commitments.

Bernice was amazing and helped me know everything that I needed to do or decide and by when. Bernice was so kind and kept in touch . The service on the day went just as planned and I got a call the day before to go over the plan again to make sure everything went smoothly on the day. I am very happy that we choose Lodge Brothers during such a sad time , they made things easier for me and all the family were happy with how the day went, it was perfect.

Organising funeral is a difficult time and Lodge Brothers Dedworth branch made it so much easier for us. We were looked after in a kind and tactful manner from the first phone call. Their support and care were invaluable.

I recently arranged my friend's funeral and Jo Sutton was extremely helpful and made the whole process very easy. She is extremely professional and is an ideal person for this job which cannot be easy to do at a difficult time for the family and friends making the arrangements. Jo called me several times before the funeral to make sure all was okay. On the day of the funeral Darren also carried out his duties in an extremely professional manner.

Lodges were totally helpful, guided us through to arrangements and pulled everything together beautifully, no flap.
Even the route taken to the Crem' so that we arrived at the exact time.

From the outset Mia and Emma at Lodge Brothers carefully guided me through this extremely challenging time in my life. Their professionalism and empathy were very much appreciated. Mia went out of her way to organise the details of the funeral and burial as I requested. They were very efficient and responded quickly to my emails and telephone calls. After the funeral I received a follow
up call from Mia she just wanted to check my own well being, I was most touched by her kindness.
Lodge Brothers certainly ensured that the funeral was both dignified and glorious.

We appointed Lodge Brothers for our mother’s funeral arrangements and they were excellent. Elaine from the Sunningdale branch was lovely and handled everything with great kindness and respect. We couldn’t have asked for more.

Deb - you made arrangements with my mum all those years ago; giving her great comfort that she'd be in great secure hands when the time would come for her to move on. When it did, you explained everything so easily and in such a friendly manner. You put me at ease knowing that mum's wishes would be upheld with the greatest of respect and dignity.

To Alastair - you conducted mum's service so elegantly yet with firm conviction, which really reflected mum's personality and aura. Thank you so much for helping us prepare for the service at every step, so she was remembered in a fashion that resonated with all who attended.

Thanks also to Kerry, Zoe and Rob, who all also played their past in making mum's farewell day a deeply heartfelt success.
