I cannot thank Lodge Bros Funeral Directors enough for the way they looked after us following the loss of my brother John\.

From the very beginning, the whole team were incredibly professional, respectful and compassionate, making what was an extremely difficult and emotional time much easier for our family\.

In particular, I would like to mention Nikki who guided us through the entire process from start to finish\. Nikki was absolutely wonderful, professional, caring, patient and incredibly understanding\. She was always there when we needed advice or reassurance, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble\.

She helped us through every step with such genuine compassion and made sure that everything was handled exactly as we wanted for John\. Her kindness and personal approach meant a great deal to all of us during such a difficult time\.

John’s funeral was a beautiful and fitting send\-off, and we will always be grateful to Lodge Bros, and especially Nikki, for helping us give him the farewell he deserved

All of the staff at Lodge Brothers in Twickenham are excellent. Julie is especially wonderful. She took care of my Mum 6 years ago and then last year she looked after my Dad. Everyone else we came into contact with from the pall bearers, funeral director and stone masons treated us with care and compassion which we really appreciated. I would highly recommend them

Our family has used LodgeBros in Shepperton for the funeral arrangements and headstones for three of our closest and dearest family members and all staff that we have dealt with have been professional within a very kind and caring framework. They helped us to navigate the process, which is emotional and difficult to organise but with their support and ‘nothing is too much trouble’ attitude we managed to get through it with sadness but confident the funeral would be arranged so well.

At what was an incredibly difficult and emotional time for us, they guided us through everything with genuine kindness, patience and understanding. Nothing ever felt rushed or impersonal, and knowing they were there to help and support us made a very difficult process that little bit easier.

A special thank you also goes to Daniel, the Conductor on the day of Mum’s funeral. He was exceptional — calm, respectful, professional and incredibly considerate throughout. Everything was handled with dignity and care, allowing us to focus on saying goodbye to Mum without having to worry about anything else.

The whole team at Lodge Brothers treated Mum and our family with the utmost respect and compassion from start to finish. At one of the hardest times in your life, having people around you who genuinely care makes an enormous difference.

We used Lodge Brothers for our gravestone memorial.

The process was straightforward from start to finish. They were welcoming and helpful when we first approached them and explained the process thoroughly. They showed us what was available and helped us to tailor it to our choice.

We are very happy with the installation and the finished memorial, which was completed in good time. Taste is a very personal thing, but we find the completed memorial beautiful.
