Our experience with Lodge Brothers for the funeral arrangements of our dearly beloved mother was phenomenal.
Angela was extremely kind, patient, and attentive. She provided a listening ear to every detail of our requests and offered thoughtful suggestions and advice whenever needed. The viewing of Mum was so graciously prepared, and Angela gave us the time and space to spend with her in those precious final moments prior to the burial. Every visit to Lodge Brothers was met with Angela’s genuine warmth.
On the day of the funeral service, the team was completely punctual, and the entire procession with the hearse went seamlessly. The gentlemen who drove the limousine were equally kind, respectful, and patient.

Shobha guided me through the whole funeral process for my husband with consideration and great kindness. She quickly gauged the sort of farewell we wanted to give him and made suggestions and recommendations that matched our wishes. Nothing felt rushed and when we requested a few changes to the plan she accommodated them without any difficulty. Her availability was excellent. The celebrant, Joanna, supported us throughout in the same manner as Shobha. And thanks are also due to the Funeral manager, who supported us on the day, and to the florist for the beautiful fresh flowers, which again reflected just the effect we wanted to achieve. The funeral was exactly what we wanted and went off without a hitch. I would highly recommend Lodge Bros.

The funeral was tailored to our exact needs. Being able to use the Chapel at the Woking Branch for the service allowed for a relaxed atmosphere and then to have the refreshments at the same place gave us all time to socialise without feeling at all rushed. The staff are all caring and courteous. As a family we have always used Boutells / Lodge Bros and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Thanks to all, at your Byfleet office, you were a delight to deal with from start to finish. Also thanks for introducing us to the Celebrant, Susan Szyszko (treasuredmomentscelebrant.com), she was absolutely fabulous her delivery, the tone and content really captured everything that we wanted to celebrate the life of our mum.
