Great support, quick delivery
Package arrived really quickly, records were well packaged, and great contact via email. From many records I chose to buy only one was not available, and it was instantly refunded. Very happy!

👏🏼👏🏼
the problem is in customs, the shipping costs are expensive enough to pay customs later 😵💫 I know that I live in Barcelona, EU, and it is what it is.
But absolutly a 10 for your job as a vinyl shop and all that involves.

Shocking communication from lobster…
Shocking communication from lobster records. I had to email them after 3 months of hearing nothing from them regarding a preorder I made, only for them to tell me that they still haven't received the preorders from the supplier yet. I had no communication from them for another 2 months, so I emailed to cancel my order. Would have been nice to get an apology or explanation before having to contact them myself.
