I am a big of this Label, which is why I am super disappointed.

I ordered merch and a record, even paid extra for fast delivery and tracking possibility.

The order never arrived at my place because the address was somehow wrong, which I dont understand, because on it appears perfectly correct on bandcamp.

Of course I am aware of possible complications and late arrivals due to the pandemia, but what I really don‘t understand is why I havent received an answer from lobster theremin after having spoken to dhl, who informed me that the package got sent back to England 3 weeks ago.

I paid a lot of money for it (for me it was a lot) and I was looking forward to listening to the record and wearing your merch, but the customer service is non existent. It‘s highly unprofessional and rude to behave this way.

Ordered twice from lobster records now, and I couldn't recommend them more! Records always turn up immaculate and always arrive promptly. Shall be ordering from them a lot more in the future :)

Advertised New BUNDLES so I bought them all, and ended up with over 10 records I already had from their previous bundles.

Ordered 2 records in there flash sale 30% off Records fine well packaged would have given 5 stars but took awhile to arrive? Other sites seem quicker on the shipping front? Would still order from no worries

Seemed like they forgot my order… I emailed them, once it seemed like it had been a while after seeing pictures of other people receiving the same record, then after a week of no response I forwarded them the same email and received a reply saying it just shipped. Delays are understandable but I’m pretty certain I reminded them about my order. My previous orders went well when tracking was available, so I’ll probably stick to items with that option.

Quick shipping and always great vinyl. Would be 5 starts if you put fragil/records on the package. 2 of the many orders I got were slightly warped due to postal abuse. Still playable tho, so its all good. Cheers & tell all my dj freinds to shop with you!

Delivery was very slow and there was no communication about why.

These guys are ace, very responsive to emails and the delivery was spot on. Vinyl was packaged safely with lots of protection:)
