Great in store experience with your staff
Great in store experience with your staff, who couldn’t have been any more helpful. However it’s impossible to get through to customer services! You can ask for a call back and that does happen but only a day later.

So far a very good experience
So far a very good experience, we went to Loaf at the weekend to look at their mattresses after having bought a sofa (which we love) from them a couple of years ago . Everything went according to plan last time so hopefully it will do again. We bought a new bed and mattress to be delivered in a few week’s time. The staff were all friendly and helpful and the ordering process was easy.

I’m absolutely delighted with my new Squishmeister sofa from Loaf! It arrived right on time, and the delivery crew couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful – they made the whole process completely stress-free. The team at Loaf have been fantastic from start to finish, with great communication and a really smooth experience. The sofa itself is just gorgeous – incredibly comfy, stylish, and even better than I expected. I couldn’t be happier!

I wanted to express how much my husband and I enjoyed our visit to the Wilmslow showroom over the weekend. We had a truly wonderful time. We were so warmly greeted by Kane and his team, and the complimentary Prosecco was a lovely touch. Our delivery of 2 sofas was due today &…
Our delivery of 2 sofas was due today & after receiving an email yesterday from Loaf informing us that there would be a delay it’s been completely impossible to get hold of anyone at all to find out what on earth is going on!!!! Wincanton who are the delivery company have been very apologetic but unable to assist further as they have not received the sofas at their depot. Every time I call the numbers supplied I get transferred back to wincanton!!!
Why doesn’t Loaf have a number to speak to someone on occasions like this. It’s absolutely ridiculous. PLEASE CAN LOAF REPLY ASAP. ITS VERY VERY FRUSTRATING. This is our 2nd delivery & we have spent thousands of £ with you 😡
UPDATE…..still no call but an email saying it’s now Monday 8th September!! We’ve waited long enough (as we did for the other two we bought from them!!) now at one days notice they have added another 10 days FFS!! Our old sofas are sold and have gone to make room for the new ones so no seats for bloody 10 days!!! Seriously do not deal with these people, they are top prices (which I don’t mind for good quality and service) and dreadfully poor service!! Please note the order is in the name of Suzie Hix.
UPDATE…..still not heard anything!! We are going to the shop today as cannot get through on the phone, absolutely ridiculous. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Great sofa let down by after care.
The sales process was brilliant but unfortunately the experience has deteriorated since then! We are now awaiting our third (second replacement) sofa - although I’m still awaiting confirmation as no one has replied to my email of over a week ago yet! The damage seems to be done at the warehouse so there is obviously something wrong in the process there. The inconvenience of having replacement sofas each time is increased due to the arms having to be removed each time (by me as the drivers are apparently not allowed to!) as the lounge is on the first floor. If after sales matched the sales process I would highly recommend but unfortunately it doesn’t.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. Easy to park, children made to feel very welcome. Plenty to entertain them - table football, sweets, choc ices. Clearly displayed items, leaflets with pricing and dimensions for most products. Not overburdened by choice like some other furniture stores. Our assistant was very helpful in choosing products and colours. Stayed open a little later to complete the sale. Hopefully the sofa quality will match our experience to date.

We spent a bit of time in this location and all the staff were friendly but we spent most of our time with Choi who help us choose colors and answered our questions on different fabrics and what would work with our olive green wall and ran us a couple quotes. I have no problems with the excellent…
I have no problems with the excellent team delivering the sofa bed, Nathan and Sam were wonderful. However the quality of the clever velvet fabric leaves a lot to be desired.
I’m very upset, having waited since January this is causing me real stress.
