I love the cushions but was a little disappointed I should have ordered 6 first order but made a mistake and pressed 4 I was going on holiday the next day and was rushing and in just 2 weeks I went to order 2 more and they had gone up 40% so fro £75 to £105 that’s a huge jump

I had such a fantastic experience with Kane at the Loaf Wilmslow store. He actually helped me last year as well, so it was lovely to walk in and be greeted with a warm welcome back. It instantly felt personal and remembered.

From the start, Kane took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. I explained that we wanted something really cosy for film nights in our second living room, and he guided us through a few options, including the Bear Hug sofa, which we ended up choosing.

What really stood out was how attentive but never pushy he was. After giving us space to browse, he checked back in and offered support when I mentioned I had a few items in my basket but was not fully decided on colours. He gently suggested a more complementary shade of green that would work beautifully with our Honey Pot Slow Riser sofa we already had at home. It was something we had not fully considered ourselves.

We came back the following weekend, and Kane had gone above and beyond by putting together a vision board for us. It made such a difference seeing everything come together visually. He also recommended a rug that complemented the space perfectly, which we bought, along with matching cushions, a lamp, and two throws to complete the look.

I genuinely cannot thank Kane enough. His interior design knowledge, attention to detail, and level of customer care are second to none. It is rare to receive that kind of thoughtful, personalised service, and it made the whole experience really enjoyable.

We will forever be returning customers for Kane!

Kane was fantastic this morning, helpful in making my decision in regards to beds/mattresses purchase.

In store experience fantastic but being harassed for feedback when the goods ordered have not even been delivered from a no reply email is intrusive and annoying.

I contacted Loaf earlier today on the telephone for advice on how to navigate their online shopping experience as I was having trouble trying to select the correct swatch sample. I had a great chat with Kelly who was most helpful and very informative. Not only did she advise me on how to select colour options online, should I choose to proceed with my sofa selection, she also helped me select colour options of swatches over the phone and has posted them to me too. Great staff..Benjamin at Wilmslow an absolute sweety. Went back several times. He remembered me. Opened the store door for me and gave me take measure, water etc.
Had been recommended...obviously not cheap...but i like the fact they are made in Derbyshire...plus aftercare pack swung it .
And hopefully as squishy and comfortable at they look..the furniture that is!

The help and guidance from staff and the fact that nothing was too much trouble helped me to choose the right furniture for my kitchen diner. With so many fabrics and colours it was great to bounce off ideas with someone who had knowledge and experience of the items on display. Really enjoyed my visit and would certainly recommend Loaf to my family and friends. Looking forward to the arrival of my purchases.

Great experience in the Wilmslow showroom today, to be greeted by Chloe at the door after over an hours drive with my two young kids in the car was lovely. I didn’t feel any pressure, and the kids were allowed to play/wander/try sofas and use the games (& snacks!) provided. Not once did I feel like I’d caused an inconvenience having the children with me and if anything the staff making an effort with them helped me make my decision fairly quickly. The sofas are all gorgeous - I’d happily have any of them! We went for the XL Smithy corner sofa and I can’t wait for it to arrive!

A member of staff opened the door for us upon arriving, what a lovely start. Ordered two cushions to go with recently delivered sofa.
The staff are so helpful and friendly.

Lovely welcoming store and staff. Good old-fashioned customer service with lots of nice little touches like the bottled water., sweets, biscuits, note pads etc.
Was assisted by Ben, who was extremely pleasant and very knowledgeable.
Additionally, the 14 day return guarantee if you were not satisfied is very reassuring
