Amazingly helpful and welcoming staff
Amazingly helpful and welcoming staff. Everyone was very attentive to us in ensuring we understood the different options with the sofas, the variety of colour and fabric selections as well as the sales discount which was available at the time. They were really lovely in keeping an eye on our child and providing things to keep him entertained while we looked at the sofas and side tables in store.

Great company to deal with from start…
Great company to deal with from start to finish. Very helpful at the St Albans branch, following their advice, I ordered exactly what I wanted from the website. I contacted customer support because of a change in the dates for delivery and they were very helpful and did exactly what they promised.
Love my footstool, colour is great and being able to have swatches of fabric is perfect. Thoroughly recommend them

Great service in St Albans store

Excellent friendly service
Buying a new chair was such a lovely experience! I was looked after by the very helpful assistants and advised on the chairs which would be suitable. It will definitely encourage me to return!

However, we booked a call to discuss our order but the representative did not join the video chat. We then got an email saying that they were sorry that we could not make the call! We had made arrangements to join the call and pretty disappointed that
