Excellent care in every way.

My appointment went perfect. I was greeted in a lovely reception then shown where to wait before my Mri scan. An extremely polite gentleman then showed me to the scanning room where he asked all the relevant questions before showing me onto the scanner with so much understanding of my acute injury. The
whole experience was a deserved 5*

Couldn't have experienced any better. Friendly helpful staff. Made me feel at ease from start to finish.

Went for a hearing test nice place appointment bang on time lovely people , one person stood out for being friendly and knowledgeable Heather Mills is a fantastic audiologist.

Excellent service at the Living Care Group for an ENT appointment for my baby. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and we were seen promptly. We saw Mr Prasai who was fantastic. He put us at ease and explained everything clearly. I would highly recommend.

I visited Living Care 12th May 2025. The building is quite new opened in 2023. The receptionist was very pleasant and the waiting area bright and cheerful. I was only waiting around 10 minutes for my scan and Dave the technician was kind and courteous. Completely happy with my visit. Thank you.

Nice bright and airy modern premises, everyone was so friendly and polite, especially Andy the radiographer who put me at ease and made double sure I was comfortable without rushing and explained the procedure in a friendly professional way. I got the impression that he really enjoyed his work. Having the MRI scan was no problem at all. Also there was ample free parking for patients. 10/10 to everyone involved.

All scans complete. Lovely ladies answered questions and also got results this morning. Less than 24 hours unlike 24 weeks through normal channels.

I had an MRI scan. The staff were very kind and efficient. I am a little claustrophobic so started to panic. They were very understanding and calmed me down. They didn’t rush me but waited until I was ready for them to proceed.

Excellent friendly staff no waiting no fuss

I got a phonecall the afternoon before telling me that they had a cancellation so would i want to have my brain scan at 9am the next day . I put off several things that day to accommodate the appointment . I got to the hospital for 9am my appointment time. It was difficult to find round back streets. I made out a form then sat for almost 30 minutes. A man came out and said they couldn't do the scan as they did not have the correct scan on site. HOW would they not know that before i came. Most upsetting. The people there were nice and apologetic but it was upsetting
