I had an evening appointment at LivingCare Leeds Thorp Park, I was welcomed at reception and taken through to a waiting room, on time, to complete a pre scan questionnaire. Another member of staff who was doing the MRI scan explained what to expect and prepared me for the scan. On completion both members of staff explained that there would be a follow up procedure. A very professional service.

I was sent to LivingCare for my annual MRI.
I was absolutely amazed by the professionalism of the staff. The receptionist was very informative and polite. It reminded me of being greeted in 5 star hotel.
The cleanliness of the clinic is amazing. I felt comfortable in the environment. When I was called for my MRI nothing was too much trouble for the radiologists. They explained everything with their friendly nature.
I couldn't ask for more from this professional team.
Would I come again. The answer is yes, everytime. This was one of the best MRI experiences I have had.

A very clean clinic; however, better instructions wouldn't go amiss regarding accessing the building and where to park if you're disabled! LIVINGCARE PLEASE NOTE....

I had an MRI scan Thursday 19th July. The team were fantastic. As a Type 1 Diabetic with a closed loop system it means I wear a pod on my arm and a transmitter on my stomach. They noted I could not have the scan whilst wearing these items. They were very caring and informed me what the scanner could do to these items. I was even offered another appointment but after discussing with them I removed my items knowing an hour would be OK. Really excellent care and understanding what could have been awkward. Thank you so much would highly recommend.

Easy to access, free parking. Easy to.let.staff know you have arrived. Appointment went very quickly in a warm and caring environment.

What a lovely experience. I attended my MRI scan appointment at Canon Medical Centre, Sheffield. The building was spotlessly clean from the moment I entered. The receptionist promptly gave me a fork to complete and no sooner had I completed it I was called to have my scan - all on time. All staff were efficient and put me at ease. Thank you

Went for MRI scan, the radiographer was very nice, told me everything I needed to know, put me at ease, big thankyou to everyone I saw.

The speed at which the MRI was arranged and reported the same day was incredible. I was very impressed. The facilities are very high tech clean spacious and comfortable. The staff incredibly polite friendly and made you feel totally at ease. The lady who performed my MRI scan (i wish i took her name) a special thanks to you. I initially felt like i was going into a panic going into the scanner but she was so friendly and reassuring. I would highly recommend LivingCare to anyone.
