MRI was quick and easy. No complaints!

I had a great experience booking an MRI with skannr. Both the staff at the provider and and doctor on the phone were kind and compassionate. The support team were great at providing updates on the report. Thank you very much! I highly recommend using skannr.

I had a fantastic experience with Skannr from start to finish.

The GP consultation before my hip MRI was excellent. The doctor was extremely knowledgeable and spoke to me like a professional, not like I was a burden, which has unfortunately been my experience with the NHS recently. He took the time to listen and explain everything clearly.

The scan itself was easy to find, and all of the staff were welcoming, friendly, and professional. I was treated with dignity and respect throughout the appointment, which made the whole experience much less stressful.

The follow-up consultation with the same GP was just as good. He explained my MRI findings in easy-to-understand terms, encouraged me to get the images and report to the NHS straight away, and advised me on the next steps and what to ask for. He never seemed rushed or put out by my additional questions and was happy to clarify anything I wasn’t sure about.

I would definitely recommend Skannr to anyone considering a private scan. In fact, I’ve already recommended them to a friend who is currently facing a long NHS waiting list.

This is the second time I have needed an MRI scan in the last 7 months - last time for the knee and this time for the lower back. The service was yet again faultless. Booked me in for a Doctors' Referral within 24 hours, the MRI scan within another 48 hours of that and the MRI Images and Full Report within another 48 hours of that. So, in under a week, I have been scanned, diagnosed and now arranged a treatment plan. If I had used the NHS I would still be waiting for the GP appointment and with NO guarantee they would have then offered an MRI at some point many months later. Sometimes it is just better to pay to go private. You can't put a price on your health...well, unless it's a lot, and then I guess we are stuck waiting for the NHS! :)

The booking process for an MRI was so smooth and I was given an appointment the next day. The doctor I spoke to was very helpful both during the pre and post scan call and explained everything clearly and calmly. I got the results on the same day as the scan. So relieved to be able to access this so quickly and easily at such a worrying time!

This company is a must to use.i had a problem with my neck and the consultant called me and advised me to go to hospital immediately as the problem was more serious than I imagined.so instead of taking my £400 for the MRI scan he immediately transferred my money back and told me to go to hospital witch NHS sorted me an MRI immediately.but I can honestly say how many other companies would have done this.i think non also SKANNR called me the next day to check on my wellbeing even though they hadn’t been paid that is someone who cares very much about customers.so again I would highly recommend this company great people THANKYOU AGAIN

From initial contact through to the report findings SKANNR were very helpful, professional and courteous. I was given an appointment the following day, the MRI area was meticulously clean and the radiographer was polite and knowledgeable. I had my results in 24 hours. Excellent service would definitely recommend.

So quick , so smooth . Called them , they booked me in the next day for an Ultrasound on my shoulder at 0810 am. By 1900 hrs the same day I had a call explaining the results. A short while later the same day a copy of the results my inbox. You cant beat that. My local NHS hospital , takes four weeks to write a report on any Xray. So well done Skanner.com

The staff were very helpful, they got me in so quick and got the results back in less than a week. First class service.

5* service from start to finish. Booked an MRI scan & was handheld throughout the process, from the lovely lady (Shirley) who dealt with my booking & greeted me at reception. To the incredibly helpful GP who very patiently answered all my questions both pre & post my scan. I did a lot of research to find a first class company & it really paid off. I would never normally pay private but as time was of the essence I needed to. Would highly recommend, Louise.

I had great experience with Shannr. From the first time I phoned to the end of the scan and results. I Doctor phoned me on the day and gave me the go ahead. The appointment process was easy and quick. On the day of my appointment, there was no waiting and got seen straight away. 3 days later a Doctor called me to tell me the results and then sent me a email.

Great experience, they responded very fast and called me literally the same day I booked. The xray came very soon and the results came very fast with a report on what I originally got the x-ray for.
