Absolute disgrace from this company. Ordered a bracelet and chain, still not arrived. Tracking number still says waiting for your goods.Three emails sent and not one reply. Customer service is non existent. No telephone number on their site to ring. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered a bracelet from Linked London, and I couldn't be happier! The quality of the chain is fantastic, and the design is so unique. I've received so many compliments. Will definitely be ordering more!

Great value, good service. Absolutely no complaints. I ordered a chain and bracelet set from a similar company (with the same initials as a well known flame grilled burger chain) for around £85, when it arrived I sent it back as I wasn't happy with it for the money. Linkedlondon.com then came up on an ad and I bought almost exactly the same thing from them for £20 - that's about the right price. It doesn't *feel* top notch but it does look it, holding the "gold" jewellery up to a genuine 18ct gold watch, the look is comparable. Delivery was quick, order was correct. I rolled the dice and went for a couple of mystery boxes in gold and silver for a fiver each on top of my order, bit of fun. Got 4 chains for a tenner and no complaints really, one of them I wont wear but for a fiver, the other one in that pack was worth it I think. The other mystery pack I got two that I will wear, happy days - 3 nice looking chains/pendants for £10, cant go wrong. No comments on quality or longevity yet but even if it lasts a year it's probably worth it, I wont wear it constantly anyway. In summary: I'm happy, would order from again, decent.

Never received the order says delivered, sent multiple e nails had no response at all, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

Ordered necklace and bracelet never received them .I assume that it is a scam .
I have emailed said company several times only one reply asking for order no which I sent still not received my order . I assume this is definitely a scam .

Only giving this company 1 star as I can't give 0. Ordered items on 26th July and still have not received them. I did get an email response saying they would ' re-send' the items(which were never sent in the first place). Opened a dispute which they have not responded to and no further response to my emails. Absolutely criminal in every way. Avoid like the plague or any other nasty disease

Awful service. Ordered several pieces of jewellery. 2 1/2 weeks went by, still no sign of the delivery. Tracker said the order was being processed the whole time. Contacted them several days later I got a reply of “we’re sorry you’ve not received your item we will resend the items” further 10+ days later still no confirmation of items being resent, no tracker and also no refund. This company is an absolute fraud.

Delivery quite quick however product poor quality and badly sized.
No customer service or comms back.
Wouldn’t recommend.

Do not buy from these people. I bought a crucifix for my goddaughter which has now tarnished and looked like a chain I got from the market! They claim waterproof and no tarnishing etc. sent them a message on Instagram as nowhere in the website to contact them and I have now been blocked! Disgusting

SCAMMERS Order never got shipped they generate a tracking number with Evri bit never send it leaving you in limbo Evri can't do anything until they receive it and they just ignore all contact.

Ordered two bracelets from here which arrived on time. However they were both the wrong item and I messaged AND emailed full details of issue and order number with no response from email, and for the past 2 months I’ve had little to no response on Instagram. Definitely avoid in the future. Ordered from Vacier instead and their product is 10x better and actually received what I ordered.

Bought a curb chain really good quality product for the price arrived in good time too would deffo use again

Placed a couple of orders over the last 12 months, both orders were delivered within a few days and amazing quality for the money.

Placed an order which took them ages to dispatch, tried it on, took it off then put it on the next morning and it snapped.

Emailed, Facebook, Instagram, emailed again and no reply on anything. Poor.

I received my items on time never a delay service always has been a 10/10
