Another customer who stupidly ordered before checking reviews! The company has taken more money from my account than they should have! I only ordered today, and have tried to cancel and request a refund, but can't find a contact phone number, and no replies to several emails! Feeling a bit of a fool! I will be raising a claim via my bank account as a fraudulent purchase! 🤬🤬

Fallen sie nicht auf deren betrügerischen Behauptungen rein. Nichts davon entspricht der Wahrheit...alles gelogen. Behalten sie ihr Geld lieber und kaufen sich ein Eis. Das bringt mehr Abkühlung, als dieser billige Ventilator. Denn um nichts anderes handelt es sich hier. Da die Firma wieder irgendwo in Litauen sitzt (wie schon bei unzähligen anderen solcher und ähnlicher Betrügereien), bekommen sie auch ihr Geld nicht wieder.

Thanks to trust pilot reviews I managed to get a refund through PayPal.

I purchased a while ago it's a totally scam, it's a mini tower fan nothing more. Paid £60 asked for refund was told it would cost more than £40 to send back to China. Got refund eventually and paid my own postage which was about £15.

I just want to say that this scam of a company called Coldeeze, is still advertised on Facebook. I have commented on the so called reviews, to tell people to look at the posts on Trustpilot before considering to buy.

Achtung Betrüger !!! Was soll das sein ??? Die Lügen das ist der volle Schrott. Finger weg !!!! Das hat nicht einmal 5€ wert. Das Kühlt überhaupt nicht !!! Ventilator ist besser.

Stupidly I ordered before checking reviews!
I bought through PayPal. So I reported a problem with the payment & asked for full refund.
I did also email company straight away, but never got a reply.
Pp replied straight away with a refund.
Close call!!

Having seen their advert on Facebook, I assumed that they were a reputable company! I ordered one of the A/C units for a bedroom that we didn't have proper A/C in. The advert suggested that it was designed and made in the UK, but on receiving the invoice, I realised that it was based in Hong Kong. I immediately sent an email cancellation the order, followed by a further seven over the next 24 hours...all were ignored. I contacted my bank and explained what had happened. I was told that this company was known to them and not in a good way!!! I have started an application of dispute against thr company. This means the funds will be taken back from Coldeez and I will be reimbursed. I have also reported the company to the police. Do not buy anything from this "company".

I just read all reviews here and I send them email about I want to delete my order and I want my money back to my account! They should do this I m very hoping to get my money back!

I'm so pleased l checked Trust Pilot before l purchased. l was really tempted from the advertisement but after watching BBC Morning Live yesterday l checked in here. Thanks everyone who has posted a review!

We ordered this fan with the recent hot weather being uncomfortable to sleep in. It is just a normal bog standard mini tower fan! Kicks out normal air, not cold at all and is quite noisy! Really disappointed as was expecting better with all the claims on advertisement. Fake reviews on facebook. Feel foolish for being taken in by all the lies. Do not buy. No way of contacting supplier!

I ordered a cooling ace fan and it is absolute rubbish, cheap flimsy plastic. The company offers 30 day guarantee but what they don’t tell you is you have to pay the return charges to China which cost as much as the fan. £60.

DON'T BE FOOLED BY COLDEEZ COOLING ACE! They are sending out a tower fan instead that you can buy on Amazon for £18! I stupidly trusted their reviews & a consumer review website that obviously received something very different to what we all got! I paid £157.90 for 3 units & shipping, absolutely disgusting! It's meant to be trade marked & what comes has no Coldeez Cooling Ace written on it anywhere?! It says M60 Constant Wind Speed Fan not even the same thing, lookis like the picture. It got delivered & left behind my bin, no info about when it was coming, considering I paid over £25 for shipping & handling. To add insult yo injury I bought 3 & received 1 piece of absolute rubbish, nor the products I ordered! I miss buying in a genuine shop & getting what you wanted. So many scammers with what looks like a genuine website & trade marked product with all these guarantees. ABSOLUTE PACK OF LIES & FALSE ADVERTISING. Thank you to the other reviewer about Trading Standards, I will look into it so I can try & help others to avoid making the same mistake. It's a shame we couldn't give it a 0 review. So glad I paid by credit card. From now on I am going to check trust pilot reviews for everything online, apps & products. This digital age is catching too many out. Stay safe all the best.

Not the exact item that was advertised on You Tube! Do not buy anything off you tube ads!! Do not buy this product!! It's just a small fan!! You can buy one a hell of a lot cheaper, bigger and better than these at Bunnings!! Have made contact for a full refund of the purchase price. See if I get it! Not Happy at all!!!

False advertising, not a cooler just a cheap noisy fan, what a rip off, waste of money, stay away!

deceptive advertising. Why does Facebook/marketplace continue to let these scammers operate?. I'm pretty sure losing these companies won't send them broke

The order was never delivered and after numerous e-mails I was refunded by my credit card provider.
