Ordered items, they arrived but one of the items was faulty. Contacted through email multiple times and multiple social media platforms and was totally ignored. Shame as the products themselves are good but the company and communication is terrible, won’t order again and would recommend staying away for risk of getting damaged products. Plus they charge there customers returns for refunds which says it all really.

Orderd over 2 weeks ago tried to reach out on multiple social media platforms to find out what's going on deleted my comments on a social media photo with other people having the same issue but still never email me back joke of a website

Update now nearlly 3 weeks without my order customer service is awful everytime i ask for a refund they ignore my messages and emails

Received an empty confirmation email, been over a week and still no order received, tried to contact them through email and Instagram and being ignored. Little to no customer service.

Shocking service all my chains arrived too small tried to send them back but no paper work i emailed and messaged the socials and customer service with no luck and no replied never buying from these again also looked very cheap on the bracelet

Never got my order or any response to my emails. Ordered over a week ago, didn't even get confirmation of the order by email.

Ordered an item from Linked London. Good value. Product seemed ok. Within 2 days of receiving the item, the compass pendant fell off the chain. Faulty latch. Clear fault of the product. I’ve been messaging for over two weeks. All of my emails and instagram messages have been read and ignored. Awful customer service. Didn’t even want new chains. I still have the chain. Just wanted a replacement pendant.

Broken item recieved, when contacted the company, no refund or replacement was sent. Very cheap quality products. Beware. Awful/ non-existent customer service if you have any issues.

I purchase a brazalete from them , I received it today , the biggest piece junk all the way from England to Canada, I don’t recommend to waste your money with items online from this company , nothing is worth or like what they picture in their website , brazalete arrives with malfunctioning, scratches, holes and bump, fades , totally unusable and unwearable,

I have bought the chain and necklace set online via FB advert as it looked very nice. Haven't received the product to date. No responses from the customer support email! Only the business owner responded to his email and he is particularly RUDE and DISCOURTEOUS. I have disputed the delivery as it was delivered to the wrong place and missing, and requested refund. I haven't received either to date! I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS SELLER IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY OR TIME.

Brought a rope chain a couple years back which is still in great quality and recently brought a tennis chain which feels like the same good quality especially for the price.

Great items from a fantastic company. I'm still wearing my necklace months after purchasing it. Still looks amazing and is so hard-wearing. I'd definitely recommend !
