Puiki kokybė ir dar geresnis klientų aptarnavimas
Prieš kelis metus įsigyjau patalynės komplektą Green Milieu spalvos, kurio kokybe esu labai patenkinta. Per kelis metus spalva išliko tokia pati, kokybė dėvint nesileičia, kaip ir tikėjausi, linas dėvint tapo dar kiek minkštesnis.
Neseniai pastebėjau, kad prairo pagalvės užvalkalo kampas, todėl nusprendžiau parašyti „Linen Tales“. Labai maloniai nustebino jų požiūris – į situaciją sureagavo greitai ir be jokių papildomų rūpesčių per kelias dienas atsiuntė naują užvalkalą.
Tokios patirtys tik sustiprina pasitikėjimą prekės ženklu – puiki kokybė ir dar geresnis klientų aptarnavimas. Tikrai rekomenduoju.

Great bed sheets - love the colour selection as well as the thickness of their bed linen products. Love the fact they're producing everything in Europe

Sehr gute Qualität, zuvorkommender Support
Die Qualität der Leinen Polsterbezüge ist sehr gut und der Support sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Der Stoff ist dick und fest, sieht langlebig aus. Sie liefern süße Kärtchen mit, auf denen Gedichte stehen. Schlafen ist hier nicht einfach Schlafen, es wird zu einem romantischen Erlebnis, mit einem Material, das viel zu oft unterschätzt wird.

Nice products, clear shop & good support. Personally i'd like to see them to use thicker linen for most products, but there's always a gram/m2 information, so that's okay.

Wenn du möchtest, dass dein Lebensraum zu einer Wohlfühloase wird die noch dazu aussieht, als würdest du an einem Fotoshooting für schöner Wohnen teilnehmen, dann solltest du dir die Leinenstoffe von Leinen Tales gönnen. Sie sind auch wunderbare Geschenke für besonders liebe Menschen, denn sie werten jeden Raum und jede Situation auf, in der du dich befindest. Die Qualität in Optik und Haptik ist wirklich einzigartig und ich kann nur sagen, ich habe ein völlig neues Schlafgefühl und verstanden, deshalb Leinenstoffe so hochwertig und so gesund sind. Scam - order claimed as delivered without any way to locate package
Be careful: Customer service claims that order was delivered eventhough is was signed for by an unidentifiable name. This is not a neighbors name and I cannot identify who supposedly has my package.
They are refusing to refund and are claiming that I should have provided an appartment number, eventhough in germany these do not even exist. Unfortunately highly unprofessional.

Ich war etwas skeptisch
Ich war etwas skeptisch, da auf der Website weder ein Impressum noch eine Telefonnummer angegeben sind. Der Hauptsitz der Firma befindet sich in Vilnius, Litauen. Daher habe ich mit Paypal bezahlt (Käuferschutz) und zuvor via Email mit dem Support kommuniziert. Die Ware wurde zeitnah via FedEx geliefert, ist wunderschön und von sehr guter Qualität. Ein echter Geheimtipp für Leinenfans. Gerne wieder!
