Habe meine bestellten Bettlaken nach 10 Tagen erhalten, wie angekündigt. Sehr schön verpackt. Tolle Farbe, wie abgebildet.
Leider ist die angegebene Steghöhe von 20 cm nicht ausreichend für meine 15 cm hohe Matratze, obwohl im Shop so angegeben.
Der Spanngummi ist schwach, sodass das Laken nicht gut auf der Matratze sitzt.
Nach kurzer Wäsche (30Grad, mit Wollwaschmittel, ohne Weichspüler) und Trocknung an frischer Luft sind Laken unangenehm hart.
Ob die Laken eingegangen sind, weiß ich nicht, da ich sie nicht vor dem Waschen gemessen habe.
Das werde ich beim nächsten Kauf (nicht bei diesem Hersteller) auf jeden Fall tun
Vielleicht wäre ich zufrieden mit einer größeren Steghöhe (25cm), die auch angeboten wird? Habe mich aber von der Shop-Angabe leiten lassen.
Leider keine Rückgabe möglich, da Laken gewaschen wurden. Da haben andere Hersteller einen besseren Kundenservice.

Es freut uns sehr zu hören, dass Sie mit der Lieferzeit, der Verpackung sowie der Farbe des Spannbettlakens zufrieden waren.
Zu Ihren Anmerkungen möchten wir gerne erläutern, dass unsere Spannbettlaken mit einer angegebenen Steghöhe von 20 cm für Matratzen bis zu dieser Höhe konzipiert sind und in der Regel auch bei einer 15 cm hohen Matratze gut passen. Das Empfinden eines lockereren Sitzes kann unter anderem von der Beschaffenheit der Matratze, eventuellen Toppern oder auch persönlichen Vorlieben abhängen.
Bitte beachten Sie zudem, dass Leinen ein Naturmaterial ist, das sich nach der Wäsche – insbesondere bei Lufttrocknung – zunächst etwas fester anfühlen kann. Mit der Zeit und bei regelmäßiger Nutzung wird es jedoch deutlich weicher.

From the contact form to delivery (Lithuania to Germany) the customer service was polite, quick and helpful in thinking together about what fits best and how to achieve it... and also: it looks great!!! (and btw the images on their websites are accurate, the colour I chose is exactly the same than displayed)
Definitely a recommendation!

Teure Rückksendung nach Litauen
Nur ein Hinweis: bei Nichtgefallen muss die Ware, in meinem Fall Spannbett-Tücher aus Leinen, mit einem DHL Schein für 30 € nach Litauen zurückgeschickt werden, per GLS für 15,00 €.
Der Kundendienst ist gut.
Die Leinen-Spannbetttücher waren mir zu dünn.

Beautiful tablecloth received after a long wait
My tablecloth came today after a very long wait. It is beautifully made, the linen is a wonderful weight, the color (deep emerald green) is just what I wanted, and the size I ordered is perfect. Just SO pleased and happy with it, so it outweighs the long wait. I will order from Linen Notes again in a heartbeat if there's something I need.

I would like to clarify, that this type of hem has only tablecloth in Tartan pattern, like provided in the description. If you prefer deep hem with mitered corners, we have this type in solid linen fabric pattern.
