My experience has been awful. Over 1 week just to set up a new account. Information is given to me only if I prompt further. I was mistakenly informed that added features are not part of the basic plan and that i'd have to pay more, which was not the case as is stated plainly on the main landing page of their website. There have been so many obstacles to opening a new account for me, in Canada. I would never recommend this company to others.

I had a great experience with Nastassia when I called to dispute an unauthorized charge on my Visa. She was very helpful and reversed the charge.

The Android app has gotten better, more stable over the years. Only complaint are their pricing tiers... and lack of communication to customers when its time to migrate. Fix that and your customer loyalty / retention will sore!

If you need customer service, plan on waiting at least 45 minutes at the minimum. And frequently you'll get a voicemail that says there are no agents available. I've got 4 lines with them, and I'd switch if I could.
Also, their password re-set feature doesn't work,

I have no Line 2 number or account but they have charged my credit card number.

I am being charged 2x the amount that a new customer is paying. I had this number for over 10 years.

So many issues, but the bottom line is they don't listen, don't care, don't follow up or take ownership of actually helping customers - even ones with them for 15 years!
