Buying clothes on this website is to be avoided. Returns need to go to China. That doesn’t work.

I have had the same experience as others. Ordered a jumper in large after waiting 3 weeks it is tiny and bad quality. I emailed photos to prove how small it is as no labels of size or washing instructions appear on the jumper. I am waiting for lily Rose to email to let me know how it will be resolved. Have had no reply yet!

Shockingly poor quality, bears no resemblance to the image of the product I thought I was buying… steer clear!!!

BIG FAT ZERO .. follow up on previous message. Goods arrived .. two jumpers 2XL and they are absolutely tiny, would probably fit an 8 year old. Of course, you can't return because the items as they come from China, not only is there gross misrepresentation on the site but the quality of the items is crap. AVOID don't be taken in

As a follow up to my earlier review of these cowboys, today I received the next two items I had, foolishly, ordered.
As others have commented the items you receive bear no resemblance to the items ordered.
The first act on receiving items was to put them through the wash, from my earlier dealings I knew trying for a refund was pointless, the odour from them was awful. Once washed they will live in my work clothes draw.
BE WARNED! PURCHASE NOTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!
You would honestly think British law would be hunting companies like this down and put a stop to them.

I believe this is the same company as Solara London giving a similar story of closing down hence the sale prices!
Quality of garments is extremely poor again from China and returns are to a Chinese address which a kind lady said would mean it would be very expensive to return so offered a very small part refund!

As with other consumers, thought it was UK firm.
£50 for jacket, when it finally arrived, cheap and wrong size.
Offered 30% refund or 60% voucher.
Refund will be minus my cost to return.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.

Avoid - similar experience to others in that believed I was buying a cotton jumper from a UK company, what arrived after one month would not fit a Tiny Tears doll and made of material akin to plastic, likely flammable. Impossible to return item or get refund. Have reported to TS, great if others do too.

Ordered a jumper that was such incredibly poor quality - A different: fabric, colour, thickness of ply on the yarn; and tightness of knit. Totally different item and such dreadful appearance. Request for return met by AI responses insisting a return direct to manufacturer in china, giving them my bank account details- several exchanges made me realise there is no intention to return money. Companies House website ( where you can check details of a company, ownership, filing & trading history) indicated: Joshua Fleet, the Director’s name & address. No filed accounts, a company name change … asked to write to Mr Fleet. No acknowledgment of my request. I’m sending Mr Fleet the dreadful item with a letter …for no other reason than to cause him the inconvenience of receiving it!

Company is using marketing material/images of clothing which bears no relation to poor quality items sent. Return is to China at consumer expense, so the strategy is that consumers will just write off. Please raise with your Bank's Fraud team if you have purchased anything.

As so many before me have written-I was duped by the name 'Lily Rose-London', believing I was buying from a UK Company & bound by UK trading laws, that is MOST DEFINITELY NOT THE CASE. The photo of the jumper I bought is so misleading, not the chunky long cotton item shown, but a cheap, thin, short, mixed fibre alternative.
After 7 e-mails exchanged with no offer of any where near a full refund I gave up. As with other buyers the best they offer is a pathetic partial refund with an offer of a voucher to re-invest with them. Why would you even consider throwing good money after bad? Dont be sucked in !!!

Impossible to return as you need to ship to China at your own cost! Absolutely terrible quality! Packaging and delivery lead time awful! Never again !

What an absolute shocker, ordered a jumper size XL it arrived after 4 weeks, smells awful, cheap and nasty fabric and it wouldn’t fit a small child. It looks nothing like the jumper on the site. Having read other reviews I won’t even attempt to return, wasted money and time. Lesson learnt-do not order from Instagram. Absolutely shameful

Like others have said, utter rubbish, not even suitable to wear is that cheap used fabric. I will report this company as a scam. Whether or not I will get my £126 back, will see. Gutted that I have fallen for this...

The jumper I ordered did not resemble even remotely to the one on the website. It is thrown together and wouldn’t fit a ; year old never mind a UK 16.
Don’t touch this company with a barge pole.
I never order from Instagram links and wished I hadn’t wasted 35 quid.

Absolutely a con!! Do not buy a thing from this company! When jumper finally arrived …….after weeks…..cheap shoddy material, no label, no size, no washing instructions! Wouldn’t have brought fro a cheap market stall!! Have to Charity shop as too expensive to return to CHINA!! Reported to B.S.

Would give minus if I could. Ordered a dress, terrible quality, terrible fit, nothing like the picture. NO WHERE does it say it’s coming from CHINA!!! So misleading to have London in the name. Even goes as far as to say 48 hours tracked Royal Mail. Once it finally hits the UK.
Joke of a company.
Contacted to say wanted to return item, took countless emails to get to that point with being offered discounts on other crappy items. Lots of ‘think of the environment’ before I return. Now told I have to cover the cost. To CHINA. Absolutely fuming.

Scammers. I received a sweater of terrible quality for 40 pounds! The sweater is without labels and smelly. Don't buy!

Sadly same story as everyone else! I wish I had read reviews before I ordered. Jumper arrived, smells strange, not as advertised and even though I ordered a size L it is small and would probably fit a small child. Terrible product with no labels. Wasted money 💴

Stear clear!! Shop anywhere but this company. Terrible quality jumper, meant to be £70,charged £34.99. Size 8 wouldn’t fit a small child. Company so opaque about who they really are, and totally non compliant regarding returns. They claim 30 days but don’t state that it’s to China, track and trace at the buyer’s expense. No invoice or return slip in the parcel.
Been emailing back and forth but they only want you to choose something else and send more money.
HOW are they allowed to trade like this?!
