Talk about customer service. Joseph was insanely knowledgeable and helpful through our entire purchase. He helped not only in finding the right products, but also organized instalation with someone who did an awesome job.

He Also resent invoices weeks later when we couldn't find them when trying to apply for the DWP rebate.

I ordered a wet end from you guys and twice I received it damaged through shipping. The guys in the parts department ordered a third wet end, had it shipped to them, they wrapped it up in bubble wrap, then shipped it to me assuring that the third time was the charm. They stuck with it until I was happy. That's real customer service. Service that's far to rare these days. Thanks guys for your great work.
