Do not use this site - they’re not even worth one star.
Clogs delivered are a cheap substandard copy of those advertised.
Return address is for the Chinese owned shipping company not Lily and rose! Return info says postage - to China - is at buyer’s expense.

Trading Standards should take a look at these companies pretending they are a high street store in London with a closing down sale that lasts forever
Please do not use this company. The jumper that has arrived looks nothing like the images on the website. Instead of a knitted jumper it is a cheap fleece type material, very thin, poor quality and badly made. Delivery took about 3 weeks as goods come direct from China. Return postage to China will probably cost as much as the garment.

Coat has arrived and it is the cheapest material you could possibly imagine. Looks nothing at all like the image that I thought I was buying. Zero comms so far and I’m not entirely sure how to return item. Wish I’d read these poor reviews before buying.
UPDATE: Avoid completely. These people are fraudsters. I returned the coat (at my great expense) to the address that is on the returns form that they sent me and they are saying (1) I sent it to the wrong address and/or (2) they haven't received it yet when it was tracked and I see that they have. The replied I got from customer service were extraordinary, they cycled between telling me I'm wrong, denial, then barganing with me trying to get me to accept vouchers for other garments on their site. Given then absolutely terrible quality of this garment I don't want any others, I simply want my refund as promised on the website and on the returns form. I can't tell if it's a human on the other end of the emails. In a way I hope it's not as it's so immensely frustrating.

Not worth 1 star! This site is a con as are there other sites (trading). I bought from Clare London, which is another trading site for this company, apparently along with Vibe London (now closed site) and Solara London. The clothes do not match what they are advertised as. They are very cheaply produced. The say you have to pay for returns to China!

I would not buy anything else from this Chinese based company , they are giving the impression they are uk based and selling quality knitwear, I received poor quality items not as advertised and returns to China at your cost . The hoodies are not jumpers but polyester with prints made to look like a knitted item . Reported to credit card , Trading standard s uk and China, complain to platforms advertising this trader . They provided returns form by not company tax ID needed for shipping and low-confidence they will refund given other reviews

Products that arrive look nothing like the pictures. Really cheap and nasty. Lily & Rose "London" is based in China and makes customers pay for returns, so you also can't return anything. Lots of other reviews saying this feels like a scam and it really does. The clothing is expensive but what arrives is Temu / Shein (super cheap and nasty) style, and is very likely sweat shop labour, which I'm beyond angry about

It is a scam. They are now called Clare-london . The clothes are terribly sized and made. The delivery takes longer than anticipated meaning your cooling off period with your credit card or PayPal are missed. You then have to wait for customer services to give permission for you to return the awful clothes. It's designed it seems to take time and not pay. Dont use them. They only repay up to 30%. All returns have to go to china at exorbitant costs. Looks like they change the internet pages after they've hit a certain number of sales. When you say their website didn't say returns to china they send a version of a different page.

Poor quality product that bears no relation to the pictures- returns are to China and at your own expense if you even trust them to refund anything. Putting it down to experience- now the same products are now being advertised on face book as a company called Chester and Clark- I suspect the same scam.

Thought they were a UK company. Nope. Crap from China came through my letterbox. Wouldn't let me return it and gave me a tiny refund.
The coat I bought didn't even have a lining and the jumper was so ugly and awful fabric.
They both went straight to the charity shop.

Cannot give 0 stars. This company is NOT IN LONDON!! THEY OPERATE OUT OF CHINA. Took weeks to deliver, that should have raised alarm bells.
Trashy cheap, badly made clothes from fabric that squeaks when you touch it. No return address, you have to email them at which point they go into this bargaining mode of if we give you 15% off and you can keep our crap. Next Attempt is 55% off and keep and a voucher for further purchases. I am never likely to buy from them again. Photos are misleading. Really bad co. Even when you prize an address out of them it is in China and will cost a bomb to return.
Just cut your losses and donate the cheap tat to an animal rescue centre. Even the pigs might not eat this stuff.

One star is too good - total scam. Returns just don’t happen because you have to pay shipping back to China. 60% discount on next purchase instead? No thank you very much

Like others I made the mistake of not looking at online reviews and assuming this company was in London. Reviews on their website is definitely BS!
Pictures of items do not reflect the absolute crap quality. Fabric feels like recycled plastic! Horrid! They make it very difficult to return with more BS and there's no guarantee you'll get a full refund either. I'm still waiting! I have raised this with my credit card company. Where can we report these scam companies?

I ordered a so called “elegant” jacket however when this arrived it bared no resemblance to the image and looked more like a piece of rag. I would not recommend ordering from this site.

The picture and description of the jumper I bought and the actual item are poles apart. It is not wool and the pattern is printed on cheap fabric. I wouldn't have paid a tenner for it!

Do not buy. This is not a London company as "led" to believe, they are a Chinese company. They do not despatch next day if ordered before 10.30pm as stated.
The jackets/cardigans I ordered are NOT cashmere as stated. Taken 15 days to get here. (surprised it even arrived).. I am disappointed with myself as I should have read reviews here on TrustPilot..My fault.

Beware this is a Chinese company the name Lily- Rose London is part of the con.
All goods come direct from China and returns have to go back to China at your expense. The return policy does not work so you are unlikely to get a refund.
I bought a shirt which was so obviously poor quality. I asked for a refund and was then offered 15% discount and then raised to 30%.
I sent the shirt back at great expense £12.20 and tracked it to the warehouse in China. They refused it and sent it back to me. The shirt had not been opened and I had complied with the returns policy.
Lily Rose refused to refund the wasted postage or refund the shirt which I had sent to them. They just offered me 30% discount. Having opened it when it came back it was clearly of dubious quality no labels anywhere and obviously synthetic and not cotton. I made a huge mistake buying off this company, never again! Most email replies are just standard I guess they have thousand of similar issues to deal with.
I wish I had looked at reviews so beware.

Totally SCAM, wish as others, I had read reviews. I normally do. I ordered a lovely green and grey wool coat.
I ended up getting a polyester lime green “thing”
It really was such crap I’m sure the charity shops would not want it and I feel ashamed to give it to them.
I’m not entirely sure how they are allowed to carry on selling on line. Would not give me a refund unless I sent back to China at a cost of £38, which is exactly the amount I paid for the coat. So a lose-lose situation.
I’m not entirely sure how they are being allowed to still sell here.

What an absolute disgrace to promote clothing as quality, I have received three items, all too small, all cheap polyester instead of cashmere as stated, stitches and makeup is rubbish. DO NOT ORDER! All you get back is ...pay for postage to China. What a SCAM

Don't buy anything from these spammers. The products are the cheapest Chinese "clothes" that have nothing to do with the description and photo on their website. If you want to send them back their products, they will offer you "the whole" 15% so that you don't send it back. I hope Trading Standards will take care of them.
