Great team.
Both technicians were very friendly very helpful and answered all my questions, they were very tidy leaving all as they found it and worked very well as a team. A very pleasant experience, a pleasure working with them. Technicians names Nikki and Cavan 👍🏻 well done.

Absolutely brilliant service from Adam…
Absolutely brilliant service from Adam and Sean! They came out really quickly and had my internet problem sorted in no time. Both were very professional, friendly and genuinely lovely guys. They explained everything clearly and made sure everything was working properly before they left.
Couldn’t have asked for better service. A real credit to the company — thank you both! Highly recommend!

The engineers that came out were very…
The engineers that came out were very friendly and helpful they did everything that needed doing and everything seemed good but things started to go wrong later in the evening. So the next day engineer Kayur rang me and talked me through everything to put things right he was very understanding and knowledgeable thanks Kayur and the other engineers excellent service

Only one entry point for the router
The router could only be put in one place, in our least used room. The router is poor at reaching around the house even though we bought their recommended extender. Connection is very ropey at the end of the kitchen and in our dormer bedroom. If we want to watch the internet on TV it can often buffer especially with Disney+. We pay for the biggest package, so we cannot increase the speed any further. Very disappointed

I always knew Lila would be a great…
I always knew Lila would be a great provider after their caring manner throughout installing fibre outside my house.
So, I decided to switch from Talk-Talk to get a cheaper and better connection.
I got my new modem fit and new router arrive within days.
Kayur Patel (their senior second line engineer) called me after the routers arrival. I was promised the new connection up running on the same day! Shortly after, I see the green light is steady alongside.
My internet has never been quicker, many thanks to the engineer who pro-actively spotted a third party issue and solved it swiftly and professionally.

Russ from tech support is the goat
called with technical issues, lady on the phone raised my case to tech support, Russ called and updated my router and gave step by step help and also fixed everything his end.

Lila were first class in the connecting…
Lila were first class in the connecting my internet in notifying my previous supplier of the change . The £50 reward for changing was very prompt and my new monthly charge with Lila was significantly cheaper than my previous supplier. I recommend Lila to everyone.
