Very quick response from Lila on fixing a cable which was snapped during building work. Arrived when they said.
Shaun the engineer was extremely helpful in setting Wi-Fi to my appliances in the house. Very polite and friendly. Would highly recommend.

We didn't start off very well but it…
We didn't start off very well but it was no bodies fault it was a technical problem with wires and a faulty router but when you don't have Internet for 4 days it's hard. I contacted them they were very helpful tried everything they suggested but had to wait for an engineer once sorted weve had no problems at all running smoothly and good prices too .

I found it very easy to switch provider. Engineer was helpful and put connection upstairs where there are more free sockets. Lila gave me a great deal saving me a lot of money. Wish I had changed sooner.
