Kayur was superb
Kayur was superb - Lila Connect themselves have been very "mixed" as a company in my opinion - I have been a customer for a good while, and fast internet is very important to me - reliability is just as important. It has been intermittently reliable at times (better more recently) , and coupled with very lacking support; at the time, I was un-inclined to leave a review - but after todays support from Kayur, I'm newly impressed with this level of customer support. If this level of service continues, I could in good faith, recommend Lila as a broadband supplier, as no internet connection is perfect, but its how you fix it when it goes wrong that makes a company. Great customer service and brilliant tech team
Had some technical issue and the customer support team got their tech guy Kayur to call back. The issue was resolved. He explained the problem and resolution very patiently and in simple terms.
