Responsive customer care
I ordered a tent that turned out to be faulty. Using their returns procedure, I sent it back with a detailed note about the fault and requested a refund. Two weeks later, I received an email to say that the refund had been approved. This is exactly the kind of customer service that will keep me coming back.

15 years and still rocking..
First class service from ordering to delivery. Presales support answered my interoperability query honestly and the Gigaset DECT set I purchased worked flawlessly, even allowing the 15 year old handsets purchased previously to be registered. This is my second purchase through Ligo.

Ordered a tent but missed part of the address for delivery and had to wait for RM to return it to sender before it can be dispatched again. Had to cancel my order and customer service was gret all the time Lewis kept me updated all the time and responded to all my emails promptly. Will buy again.
