Took time and researched these good quality binoculars, they arrived very quickly, well packaged, at a cost well below the standard price elsewhere.

The binoculars were well packaged and if the reviews and online information is correct then they are a great pair of binos for a good price.
They arrived quickly and seem good quality. I've only used them once so far but am impressed by the clarity and ease of use
The website would be more helpful if you were able to select and compare binos, as there's so many different variables to look at. As I'm a novice at birdwatching (and binoculars) I didn't really know what all the specifications meant in practice

Ordered a tent from them, slight issue with Royal Mail however they sorted it out quickly.

Product was exactly as ordered and delivered quickly. Delivery was over 1 hour earlier than delivery slot provided and despite being on a "signed for" delivery option the package worth £300 was left by our front door in full view of the street. Not Ligos fault but I never received any communication that the package had been delivered and so if it had been stolen I would not have known.

Was recommended a particular sleeping bag by a friend and couldn’t find it online, so was on a quest for something similar. I stumbled across just what I needed on LiGo at a reduced price, but was wary as I had never heard of them before. After reading their positive Trustpilot reviews, I placed the order. I needn’t have worried, my parcel arrived super quick, free delivery to NI, well packaged and at a good price. Very happy customer and would definitely recommend to others!

Had trouble setting up repeater, but after contacting Ligo. We got a reply, with, what we needed to do.

Not Ligo's faul, but it took 3 days for it to arrive, as they use Ryal mail 24 hour ( not guaranteed 24 hr )

I purchased a Viking ed 8x25 monocular yesterday at 2 pm and it was delivered by Royal Mail before midday today. The monocular looks well made and I look forward to enjoying ownership in the future. A truly good service which should be welcomed by anyone looking at this company. Thank you.

I bought a Panasonic, it wasn't really whaI wanted so I returned it. I bought a Gigaset, which is really good.
However although I returned the Panasonic Tracked Royal Mail. I have heard nothing so far. Nothing not a peep. If it continues, and I dont receive my refund. I will make more of it. As it was Tracked, they have received it.

The Hawke Endurance ED 10x42 Monocular was a adhoc birthday present for my missus, but I wasn't sure we'll receive the item in time, but we did. Bang on the delivery date given, thanks.

The phones were not easy to program,I didn’t like them,and it turned out they didn’t work with my modem.But as I had unpacked them,I couldn’t send them back in a saleable condition.

I couldn’t get my home phone to make outgoing calls nor receive in coming ones . Thought it was bust and ordered a new one from this company . Thought I would have one more go to get the old phone working and pulled all of the cables and power plugs out . Waited 10 minutes and it all came good again .
Rang up this company to cancel the online order and they couldn’t have been more helpful . Spoke to Lewis . Within a few days my credit card had been credited back with the cost of the new telephone and the order successfully cancelled .
Can’t speak highly enough of them . Superb customer service .
