I loved it when Suzanne was my mentor, she got me. I did so well. Trying to get back on it and Jerk Noodles arnt available and they’re the only savoury thing I still like. Don’t like having to request to pause or stop subscriptions as I don’t get a message to say if it’s happening or not.

Although this is a food replacement programme that is only a fraction of what makes it so life changing. The crucial aspect is the Mentoring and group work. I couldn’t have been luckier in having Neil Spencer as my mentor. He is Exceptional! In his group sessions I discovered why I over ate and strategies to over come the compulsion.
I had considered ‘the Jab’ but I’m so pleased I didn’t go for it because I now know that as soon as I stopped ‘Jabbing’ I would have learnt nothing and would have gone straight back to over eating.
I have now been a stable and healthy weight for over three years whilst eating conventional foods. All thanks to Neil and the amazing support of my lovely group.

Straight forward & easy to follow, everything you need is in your four food packs a day! Excellent support from mentor Zoe & other likeminded people on zoom meetings once a week. If you’re looking to loose weight, have tried other things but been unsuccessful please give this a try! Xx

I’ve been on Lighter Life for 4 weeks and have lost 12lbs. It’s been really easy and I’ve not felt hungry. The support from my allocated mentor has been excellent and is helping me work towards a maintenance plan and revised outlook. I already feel healthier and better about the way I look. It’s been a very positive experience all in all.

Lighter life has honestly changed my life and my relationship with food. The mentorship they offer is invaluable and the key to helping those on a LL journey to make profound and life long habitual changes through out their life. It is not a quick fix but a life long support system that is always there exactly when it’s needed. The food packs are a safe guarantee of weight loss and combined with the mentorship, the programme allows clients to address their real issues behind their relationship with food. The LL experience is kind, gentle, empathetic, insightful, educational and most of all wholistic and supportive.

Lighter Life always offers an excellent experience. The food packs are delicious and the zoom group sessions with a LL Mentor are exceptionally helpful. Following up to programme and stick to what they provide in the daily meals, it does work for me. I have lost over 10 kilogrammes in 40 days and keep going.

My mentor Anne-Marie is absolutely fantastic. Really supportive, always there to make you feel really positive in yourself. She is leaving at the end of the month and will be sadly missed. She will also be greatly missed by lighterlife, she is a truly remarkable woman who is so dedicated and passionate about her clients losing weight.

I have been on the LighterLife Total plan for a few months now and am feeling great.
The plan is easy to follow and produces very encouraging results.
After the first few days, I was in ketosis and not feeling hungry at all. I still think about food and plan how I will eat differently once I am no longer on the Total plan.
My mentor, Georgina, is a huge support, through weekly Zoom meetings with a group and everyday encouraging messages.
I feel lighter, am moving more and have more money. Not buying snacks, ready meals and bottles of wine has saved me money but I am spending it on other things...make up, booking holidays, books, soda stream (for my sparkling water, now feels like a treat, and is helping save the planet!) Of course I'll need some of this extra cash to replace my wardrobe as I reduce in size.
I know I have a way to go yet but every day I am a little lighter than I was the day before.

Lighter life is so under rated . Ive done every diet known to man and this is the first one that has really worked bringing so many benefits along the way.
