Great diet! Have used it on and off over the years and always with much success.

No mentor support for first 3 weeks despite entering into a subscription so should have had mentor support from day 1 as per contract so really poor service. Having completed LL before I was aware of how the plan worked so not too much of an issue for me but would have been if I didn't have that prior knowledge. Actual diet itself works really really well if followed as specified. If you can commit to your plan give it a go you won't be disappointed.

The delivery times are super quick!
The foodpacks, mostly, are very good.
The support from mentor is always there.
I would like more choice of savoury 'snacks', the crisps, to me, are awful!
The whole plan works, it can be challenging, but if you stick with it, it works!

Food packs have much improved since I did this diet last and more enjoyable. I have no problem sticking with it to meet my objectives. Mentor has been helpful and engaging,

Getting on well with the plan. All food high quality. Would be five stars but all packages received have been inadequately packaged. My last box had been opened and resealed. Evri not easy to deal with and not interested. Should be packaged better for the cost.

What has made Lighterlife really work well for me is my mentor, Jane Haylor. It’s not easy losing weight and she has been an inspiration and a very approachable mentor. I wouldn’t have returned to Lighterlife without her support. I only gave Lighterlife 4 stars cos their ordering website is ok once you’ve learnt to navigate it but it’s not intuitive. Jane however is 5*

Day one and two were hard but my support person helped me through both days.
After that it got easier and am coping well. The packs are well ok ISH but do fill you so you are never hungry just slimmer.
I lost over half a stone on my first week but have settled into p pattern of around 2 lbs a week which is brilliant.
I don't think food now just look forward to reaching my goal and how lovely I will look.
I have never drunk so much water but quite like it now.
I enjoy the support session and really enjoy the chocolate bars😜
My support person is great and is always happy to help unravel me.
If you really want to lose weight and quickly I would recommend Lighterlife it's brilliant

When you think you are too old and your metabolism slowed down making you losing weight too hard, then this diet always works. Not always easy to stick to it but great support to help you to get most of it. Never ignore the program management once you lost your weight too hard keep the weight off

After a serious problem with an order some years ago I avoided Lighter Life and tried other programs when I occasionally wanted to lose some weight. However, I returned to LL recently, ordering a few items at a time, and so far the experience has been very good. Most of the reviews seem to focus on the mentoring side of the program. I can't review that, as I don't want a mentor or group work, and I appreciate the fact that there's flexibility with the LL program and we don't have to order through a mentor in the way the Cambridge program works. The customer service and products are what are important to me. So far, ordering has been simple, delivery very quick, and the products suit me - they're not laden with pea protein, which my digestive system doesn't tolerate. I appreciate the fact that there are savoury options, as I don't have a particularly sweet tooth. My only grumble - and it applies to every diet program - is that the bars are all chewy, very sweet, and mostly covered with chocolate, and I wish there was a biscuit-based bar (similar to Nestlé's Crunch & Slim bars, which were discontinued many years ago but which really worked for me). The thing I really miss when I'm dieting is the crunch, so something hard and crunchy, rather than chewy, would be a great addition to the range. I'm sure I can't be the only one who needs something to get their teeth into!

Everything relys on IT skills so just purchasing is a struggle. Web site a nightmare tothose with poor IT skills. It excluded us totally from what used to be a go get products and have a face to face meeting with other members. Some of us don't call this progress, just descrimination.
Descrimination against other social groups is not PC but older generations who've had no IT in their school time or working life, are expected to be able to suddenly do zoom things 🤔😴 no idea and do we want to make a fool of ourselves, NO THANkS. To adjust choices on an order- which has frustrated me on numerous attempts is beyond a joke. Why can't it be more obvious, when I want to complete an order I press complete order but it doesn't adjust my choices just says I can't add another box to the basket Grrrrrrrrrrrr. I've thrown my phone down in disgust on loads of times to go away and calm down before trying again!
Love the simple diet but hate hate hate the total system within. Advisor s haven't been any support just send a link !!!! Too small and quick to view so of no help whatsoever!!!
I'd give you a minus star rate if available as descrimination is riddled through your whole system.

Lighter Life has been a life changer for me . The program and food packs are a great structured way to take control of how one relates to food . The weekly group sessions are great for support and a safe space to share our journey and relationship with food and mental wellbeing . I have found it much easier to exercise and feel fitter and walking up and down stairs is much easier now . I would recommend Lighter Life to anyone struggling with weight and would like a safe supportive space and program to manage their weight. My personal mentor Natalie Fernando is very supportive and available whenever one needs support.
In 12 weeks managed to shed 2stone and my journey continues.

Pure gold. The group work with Natalie Fernando has been transformative, it's continuing to make a huge positive difference to me every day even though I thought I was beyond repair at the age of 60+ I have broken through a weight loss ceiling that I've had for years and had lost hope of ever getting below that number. I’ve been a customer with lighterlife for some years. My doctor recommended it to me and then monitored my progress and health closely. I use the program both to lose weight and to maintain my goal weight. The support is amazing, and the program helps you to look at why your weight may have got out of hand in the first place and helps you address the unhelpful thinking that we all fall into. The other good thing is that the packs contain full nutrition, I don’t have to balance the macros or monitor the calories. I just stick to the allotted packs for the day. They are shakes and soup based but there are also bars and pancake mixes and a mug cake option. As my weight came down my fitness improved and I became more active. The packs mean I don’t really have to think about whether I’ve been “good” or not. The group meetings help because we are all doing the same thing and everyone is pretty supportive. I’ve tried all the other plans and this one really

Loving the shakes, really easy to stay on plan with the variety of packs. Great communication with my mentor, helping me feel in control and is always there if needed.

Best diet and ongoing support.
Lighterlife has provided first class support during my weight loss programme and continues to provide it. Having tried most diets, this for me is the only company that ‘gets it’. The group support which is also available by zoom, the materials provided, the support from a very experienced Counsellor, are second to none.
Most diet companies don’t apply the psychology needed, and neither do they provide ongoing support without further cost, indefinitely. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.
