I placed an order in January and after chasing the company, I received part of the order. I chased again and was advised they would expedite the delivery (which didn’t happen), but when it did arrive whilst more of the order was delivered there remained an item outstanding. I was in contact with an individual at Lift & Press who was very apologetic and offered me a partial refund. That was back at the start of March and since then it has been radio silence.
I raised a “contact us” message to them which was answered and when I provided the requested details….. nothing happened. I have since tried raising another “contact us” message and it has been ignored.
Today I have tried calling their number and surprise surprise there is no-one to take the call

Lift and press is the worst company I have dealt with as a consumer. The communication is pathetic and makes me think the whole business is set up to scam people out of money. It is impossible to get in touch with anyone at the company. I have been waiting 6 weeks for an item to arrive and have received countless false claims about the item being sent, before it is blamed on couriers.
I should have listened to the other 1 star reviews before giving this terrible company my money. AVOID unless you like losing your money. I will now be pursuing a refund for the missing item, but based on the other Google reviews I will be surprised if my legally entitled refund is given, so I will be forced to take this matter further.

Belt squat attachment is a joy to use - simple, well made and easy to store. At the time of ordering I was wondering what quality would be like given the excellent price but it’s much higher than I expected or could have built myself. Delivery was fine with the items well packed. I did ask when delivery might be after a week and promptly got an answer which was true. Having ordered quite a bit of heavy training gear over the years I know that couriers are often a bit slower for this kind of kit and harder to control. Couldn’t be happier overall.

I needed a belt squat attachment for my Taurus Elite Pro system but this is not something lift and press have as standard. A few emails and measurements later and it was on its way. There was a bit of breakdown with delivery but this was not the fault of lift and press but a third party package handling service. Absolutely love the Item seriously robust and looks great.

Ordered 2 products and only received 1 then was told the other was dispatched a couple of weeks but the courier company never received the item. Contacted customer service multiple times and ignored for half of them. Requested a refund which has not been acknowledged by them or received by be.

I ordered a pull-up bar and dip bars on the 15/02/2023. I received an email telling me it was dispatched on 17/02/2023 then I was told that it had not actually been dispatched but held up because of extra paperwork required to post it to NI. I emailed twice after that but was ignored and the number provided is dead so cannot reach them. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered from LnP which was despatched promptly but then had a problem with the delivery company. Emailed Lift and Press about it and got a comprehensive and helpful reply within 24 hrs. They sent a second item immediately and prodded the delivery guys into action. Excellent service.

I wanted a belt squat attachment for my power rack and was struggling to find an option below £400. Having looked online the lift and press option was extremely competitive in terms of price point. I did have some issues with delivery, due to the NI protocol the first dispatch was lost in transit but after a few emails the issue was resolved and parcel resent. Having received the product i'm really happy with build quality and have used for single arm rows and belt squats. Great piece of kit at an affordable price.

bought the belt squat to use with my primal rack great value for the money and is probably best addition to my set up for training legs. Can get a really deep squat especially id you use a platform to raise your starting position.

We needed a custom boxing rig for our gym that was opening in Newcastle under Lyme so we reached out to Lift and press to see if they could help out. Within a day wed spoken to the team and received a 3D render of the product we was looking for after parting a 50% deposit the rig was delivered just over a week later. Very happy with what we got both on price and the level of service they even laser cut our logo into the foot plates free of charge without asking!

Amazing product, great price, branded with my logo. Communication throughout with the team at lift and press! Have purchased 2 heavy bag stands and will order a few more when the time comes. Thank you guys!

Firstly, the order took a good bit of time, so I emailed them & they ignored it. I tried to phone them, it kept saying number not recognised. Eventually, I received the item, it was the wrong item. So, I asked for my money back, which I was told I would receive. I am still waiting for my money and its over 3 weeks.
The owner is in breach of contract. DO NOT BUY from this COMPANY

EDIT: My item was delivered at the end of January with some free customisation as a good will gesture.

Haven’t received my item, ordered on the 28th Oct.

It’s been lost by courier twice, which I don’t blame the company for.

However, it’s virtually impossible to speak to someone.

Emails are selectively replied to.

I have no item, no refund & no one to talk to.

It’s not the situation it’s how the situation has been dealt with/completely ignored

The quality of the handles is very poor the corners on the handles where the strap runs through are sharp and will cut into the straps. They will never hold up to long term heavy use. Even though this item is being advertised as a heavy duty item.I was also short of 2 hooks.

This item is well overpriced for the quality you get

Its the straps/handles im referring to and not the steel box sections.

Not to mention your suspect sale that just keeps running on your website even when the countdown is done for it.

I recently bought a belt squat attachment from Lift & Press and was thoroughly impressed with the customer service I received. I was unsure if the loading pins would be long enough for me to progressively overload this exercise over the long run but I was reassured that the loading pins could be made to a custom length all at no extra cost. I also recieved regular updates regarding my orders progress and delivery status. Bottom line: As far as I'm concerned, Lift & Press currently offer the best belt squat attachment in the UK for an unbeatable price.

We bought the monster bumper plate tree to use in the gym to store all of our bumper plates on one separate tree!! Absolutely made up with it from the second it was delivered we could tell the quality of the tree just from trying to put it together its a big ass tree ill give them that! The tree holds over 400kg of olympic bumpers no problem and looks amazing in our functional fitness suite can’t recommend them enough!!

I ordered the 7ft axle bar, waited nearly a fortnight with evri saying they had received the delivery booking but didn’t actually have the parcel yet. Once it became apparent that it was lost lift and press dispatched another bar through dpd which I am grateful for, so would recommend selecting that option rather than Evri, although overall I ended up waiting just under 3 weeks before I actually received it. Now the bar has arrived it is fine to train with but not as described on the website. It sits at around 2.1m so less than 7ft, it is around 47mm so slightly thinner than advertised. It also weighs just under 7kg so less than half the advertised weight. Meaning it would not feel the same as a bar in a competition vs training with this bar.

I had left a review previously, which was positive albeit having nothing but trouble. There were several issues however they did eventually get resolved so I agreed to a positive review.

However, I had recently ordered again, but due to a change in circumstances I had to cancel the order. Apparently this was taken care of and a refund was processed. After a week, no refund had been received. I got in touch, and was assured this was in hand. A further week passed, still nothing. Another email, this time no response. So 2 weeks without a refund, and 48 hours with no response.

While it isn't a large amount it's still quite frustrating, considering the issues I had previously. If this second instance had went smoothly then I'd likely have ordered again/recommended. However two negative experiences later, I will avoid using this retailer and I'd advise others to do the same.

It's a shame really as the items I had received with the first order were actually pretty decent.

Shocking experience, I ordered a set of farmers walk handles on the 9th of December via amazon. A month and a half later and still no sign of the items which were advertised as delivery by around 15th December.

I have sent multiple messages across multiple platforms to this company and since the 1st of January they have all been ignored, I have never come across customer service as appalling as this.

I have tried calling their number multiple times and every time the line has simply cut out. This is the first time I have bought from lift and press and will certainly be the last, I do not recommend this company.
