Wish I could give zero…!!

Wish I could give zero…!!! I bought some trainers has a Xmas gift for my goddaughter, returned to company in the same condition but refused refund as they claimed there was a stain on them and the tags removed! They provided a photo but it did not identify the shoe..!!! They seem to think their return policy overrides the consumer protection act….they need to take a closer look!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Delivered to wrong address and no refund

Paid £100 for trainers and they were delivered to wrong address. Despite having photographic proof and sending to them as soon as I realised on day 15 (I was travelling overseas for 2 weeks) they did not care and would not refund me the money. This means I have no trainers and no refund and worst of all was the attitude, they just blamed me for not responding and really did not care that I didn’t have anything to show for the money. I will never buy from them again, shame as my daughters is a dedicated netball player and will need lots of trainers.

Update :
Thanks for posting the reply. The reason why I say you don’t care is that I have paid over a hundred pounds and have sent you proof with a photo that the items were not delivered after 15 days. So I am left with no shoes and no refund. And you are not prepared to do anything about it or send me refund for the items I did not receive or sent me replacement shoes that I did not receive. I do not think this is acceptable.

Thank you for your e-mail, Lilly has asked me to follow up on receipt. I’m sorry to hear about the difficulties with your delivery - we truly want every customer to receive their order promptly and be satisfied.

That said, the extended gaps in communication have made resolving this issue challenging. The first message we received was 15 days after delivery, and while we responded immediately, it was another 21 days before we received confirmation that the original delivery location was incorrect. That’s a total of 36 days. Throughout this time, we’ve acted promptly and have been committed to helping.

It’s disappointing to now face the prospect of negative reviews when we’ve worked in good faith to assist. We value fairness and collaboration, and this process requires both sides to engage promptly.

You mentioned contacting DPD - could you share any evidence or details of that correspondence? This information would help us escalate the matter effectively.
Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to resolving this together.

Ordered a £125 pair of trainers

Ordered a £125 pair of trainers. Paid for delivery, then had to pay for return as they were not right. Cost me £9.60 as their return policy states you need proof of posting.
They’ve received the trainers and now been told it takes 3-5 business days to return the money.
Out of pocket by all but £20 delivery and returns money and nearly 2 weeks later no money back. There are plenty of other netball providers who offer a much better service. I would not recommend.

Return postage options: Tracked returns can be sent for as little as £3.55 using the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service, which you can access here: https://send.royalmail.com/

Refund times: We process 95% of returns within 24 hours of receiving them. The quoted 3–5 business days reflects the banks’ processing time, not ours.

We take pride in delivering high service levels, and this is reflected in the strong reputation we’ve built within the netball community over the past 25 years—a milestone we were proud to celebrate this year.

Never buy from this company

Never buy from this company. Conned me out of £50 because I returned shoes that didn't fit that had a mark (unbeknownst to me) that had clearly been on the shoes when they were sent out. Appalling service.

Thank you for your review. I’m sorry to hear that you feel disappointed with your experience, as this is never what we want for our customers.

We do, however, need to be consistent with our returns process. Our terms clearly state that items must be returned in a resaleable condition, and we take this seriously because we pride ourselves on sending all products out in pristine condition.

Where possible, we always try to clean or restore items so they can be accepted back into stock. Unfortunately, if an item cannot be returned to a resaleable condition, we do have to send it back to the customer. In these cases, we always contact the customer with a full report and imagery to clearly show the issue. This isn’t a step we take lightly, but it is important for us to maintain fairness and quality for all shoppers.

awful awful experience

Absolutely terrible. Half of my order was wrong and the trainers that i ordered came, they didn't fit as they weren't true to size so i had to personally pay £7 to send them back. Things came in the wrong sizes, wrong colours, and when i called to complain, i just got fobbed off saying things weren't in stock. Why am i able to buy them then? After seeing all of the other terrible reviews on here, i shouldve known better. Will not be coming back here ever ever again.

Misleading website size listings

Misleading website size listings
I ordered a size 6 (my normal size) and needed at least a size 7 or 8. Absolutely no guidance in the website listing that the shoes come up incredibly small. Wouldn't allow me to return, exchange or credit note. Definitely won't be shopping again

Every shoe on our website includes a detailed size guide, including UK, US and EU sizes, to support customers in choosing the right fit—especially important when trying shoes on isn’t possible. For example, in the Nike range, we sell using the men’s/unisex sizing because we’ve found this aligns much more closely with ASICS, Mizuno and Adidas sizing, whereas the women’s sizing can come up quite small.

We would never intend to mislead any customers—it’s certainly not in our best interests to do so. We do everything we can to provide clear, accurate guidance, but of course everyone’s feet are different. Ordered some trainers for my daughter…

Ordered some trainers for my daughter and had them personalised with her initials, stated would only take 2-3 days to be delivered, well it’s a week later so I thought I’d better chase Royal Mail as I had an email the day after ordering saying my items had been dispatched.
Spent an hour on hold with them to be told they hadn’t received my items yet and that they were still waiting for them. So I called netball uk to chase there end and they hadn’t even left them yet, get some cock and bull from the lady who was very rude and not even apologetic, last time ordering from netball uk, customer service was atrocious.

Regarding the information you were given, our team would have shared the correct details about the PRINTiD process. We certainly do not give “cock and bull stories”; it’s not how we operate, and accuracy is important to us.

All our representatives work in the same room and are trained to handle different situations professionally. Any inappropriate behaviour would be noticed by both colleagues and management and addressed straight away.

Inaccurate description but no free returns

Netballuk,Co,uk advertised an indoor volleyball shoe (the ASICS Gel-Court Hunter 3 which is on the ASICS website as an indoor volleyball shoe) simply as netball court shoe. As my kids normally play outdoors I was looking for a multi-surface shoes that didn’t become slippery on wet surfaces. As it did not say indoor or that it was a volleyball shoe, I purchased it (I had not visited the ASICS site at that point) But upon receipt it looked different to other netball shoes I had purchased and found the same pair described as an indoor volleyball court shoe on the ASICS website and on others as a indoor badminton shoe as well. So I requested a free return as I was misled to think this was an outdoor/indoor netball shoe. Not only was I denied a a free return but they emailed me to say that because they didn’t say on their website were specifically for indoor, i couldn’t therefore assume it was for both! And the person I spoke to on the phone even said the manufacturer ASICS was incorrect to say it was an indoor court shoe. Never purchasing again and wish I read the trust pilot reviews before purchasing.

I purchased 4.5 size nike netball shoes…

I purchased 4.5 size nike netball shoes but the sizes do not align to ladies sizes despite the majority of customers who would be purchasing the shoes being female. The website is unclear that the sizing is 'unisex' but really aligns to male sizing. Could not return as had personalised. As secretary of my netball club I will not be recommending this website to my members, really disappointed

An expensive dreadful experience

Bought some Nike trainers in January, at a cost of @£120.00. VERY DISAPPOINTED to find they are bald after 6 months of playing once a week. Netball uk say they will not refund me as it is outside of the time frame. A very expensive bad experience. Will not be shoppibg with them again.

False sale

I recently purchased a netball post from this company for my daughter's 10th birthday and to say I've been disappointed from contact of delivery to assembly is an understatement. The post has clearly been used and sent back to the company by another customer, the post itself is scuffed, the bolts are cross threaded, the support wheels are broken. I will not be using this company again for their services. Hopefully a representative from their company will contact me in regards of how the plan to resolve this issue!!!!!!!!!!

Really good customer service

Really good customer service. Ordered a pair of trainers for my daughter but they were the wrong size, so sent back for next size up which resulted in a hick up as teh wrong colour was sent out but dealt with really efficently. All emails, phone calls and returns dealt with very efficently and Daughter now has the trainers she wanted that fit great and at a great price. Big Thank you to Natalie in customer service for dealing with me.

So far so good, but will they last?

Bought a pair of netball trainers from Netball UK last year. They were the ASICS netburners, the design was insane and I loved them so much. After about 4 months of wear the backs began to tear and the shoe was falling apart. I’d wear them 3x a week on average so they had no reason to be this destroyed. They’re still wear able but they started to wear too soon. Last month I bought an updated version of the ASICS netburners and they’re lasting very well so far. Fingers crossed they’ll stay this was as they were very expensive.
Service 5/5 very easy to get hold of and fast delivery
Would definitely recommend for any netball player looking for any equipment
