To help customers choose the right size, every shoe on our website includes a detailed UK, US, and EU size guide. For example, with Nike shoes we use men’s/unisex sizing, as we’ve found this aligns more closely with ASICS, Mizuno, and Adidas sizing, whereas the women’s sizing can run small.
If items ever need to be returned, our terms clearly outline the process, and tracked returns can be sent for as little as £3.55 via Royal Mail Tracked 48 here. I’m very sorry that part of your order was incorrect—our team should have resolved that immediately.
