Got my order wrong . Not only was I waiting in my car for a while , I had to go back inside and tell the girls I was still waiting .. i go home and you have given me not what I had ordered which made me need to come back for a second time

I have has this bike for a week now and it doesn't miss a beat! The seat is comfortable and easy enough to adjust for the whole family.

Been using the treadmill for a couple of months now. It's been great with the incline to ramp up the workout.

The delivery of the parcel was not good. It was fortunate that we were home because otherwise the parcel would just have been plonked outside our locked gate. We were not contacted about when the delivery was due despite providing contact details. We live rurally so contacting us beforehand was necessary so that we could ensure we were home.
The bike has been put together and we are happy with it.

INSTALLING AND SETTING IT UP WAS GREAT HELP AND THE TREADMILL IS AMAZING except the rolling pad is a bit jolty sometimes
