Outstanding bike
Purchase was painless, great advice as to choice of spin bike. Free software is mpre than adequate for my needs. Packaging OUTSTANDING. Took the best part of 20 minutes to prise all the carefully packed parts carefully. lol. Easy to assemble and the bike is extremely sturdy at 40kgs. In my second week of working out daily and couldn't be happier ar=t this stage.

We actually would send an email if the item you purchased is in back order and we would also provide an estimated time of arrival. Our email will also include an option whether you wish to wait or just to have your order cancelled and refunded.

This is frustrating as I’ve emailed and all I get is an apology it will come soon. Had I known it would take this long I wouldn’t have purchased anything. This was a gift for my daughter who is struggling with mental health after losing her partner. She gained so much weight as it took a toll on her mentally so the reason for this purchase was to help her get back on track physically and mentally keep her occupied. I spent over 3K and it’s disappointing that it’s taking this long. Please do better!!!!

Upon checking, you placed this order back in November and our team informed you of its estimated arrival which is around last week of January. As this was an estimated date, there was no guarantee that it will arrive by then however, our team made sure to ship this out as soon as this gets here at the warehouse and had this shipped express so as not to prolong the wait time.

Back rest in way of large arse
I was hoping the back rest and frame part of the seat was removable. As it is I'll need to cut it off with an angle grinder to help it work as I wished. Just a simple oversight on my behalf I guess,

Lots of floor stock to try before you buy
We had to approach a team member for assistance. While he was ok he didn't offer any advise or information unless we asked questions. As we were replacing another like item it was a fairly easy sale for the team member.

The exercise bike itself is fine but the little computer doesn't connect to the attachment . The male and female plugs are not compatible, making it impossible to use the computer attachment.
