Great product and customer service

Great machine!
But.... I can't find any manual set up for my routine..

boost 2 is a good treadmill,
website needs update (still talking about Covid 19 delivery),

I really like the SM-25 unit I purchased. it’s solid and functions well overall. However, there were a few issues that took away from the experience. A couple of parts arrived bent before installation, and I’ve already noticed a small crack forming in one of the welds.

Before buying, I called to confirm that the unit came with the steel pulleys, as clearly shown in the product description and images, which highlighted the pulleys as one of the key features. The SM-25 was available through several different purchase links (some including combo packs with a bench and extra weights), and I wanted to make sure that the version I was buying included the steel pulleys as stated.

When I called, the person I spoke to confirmed that all SM-25 units were the same main setup, so I’d receive the steel pulleys regardless of which pack I chose. However, I could tell he didn’t fully understand what I was clarifying the conversation was brief, and he seemed disinterested in really helping.

When assembling the unit, I found that I’d actually received plastic pulleys, not steel as advertised. It’s a small detail to some, but it was the main selling point that convinced me to go ahead with the purchase. so it was disappointing to see that the information and photos didn’t match what I received.

Overall, I like the product itself, but the customer service and accuracy of information could definitely be improved.

When you walk on the treadmill at low speed the treadmill is jolty and stops even after lubricant

I purchased a rowing machine that was a fair price (more on that later), as described on the website, and which arrived quickly.

I've used this one a few times now - and it works well. With the newer display, I find that I really miss seeing a distance estimate. I thought that a physical knob to alter resistance would be terrible... but it is no problem at all.

I found that my question before the purchase was not really answered. That has been a consistent part of my dealings with Lifespan over the years.

Knowing Lifespan products (at the 'entry level' price range), and based on the pre-purchase interaction - I give the machine roughly 3 years before it fails. This will be rowing machine number 3 for me. For me, the maths worked okay. Around $500 works out to be about $160 a year, and I just factored in needing to replace the thing after that.

Great bike, very quiet and easy to put together - even for an 80 year old! Perfect to keep Dad active on rainy days and throughout winter.

Product arrived as expected quality and timeliness was good

The bikes functions perfectly but the set-up process was less than desirable. The handlebar mounting system that is retained by the four screws took 45 minutes, some pliers and a cutting device to enable it to fit. For the money, you shouldn't have to cut off plastics surrounds and rubbers in order to get the head-stock to sit in nicely and align with the bolts.

There is some quality control missing on this aspect.

Otherwise the bike is smooth and quiet to operate, so it fits perfectly.
