I started using Lettingaproperty.com 6 years ago as I got fed-up of poor service from high street agents. To my delight every member of the team I've dealt with has been quick, professional and dealt with issues as they have come up brilliantly. I have been particularly grateful to Mia Coles who has consistently managed my properties and dealt with issues as if I was her only client; Charlotte Clarke in finance who recently managed a tenant struggling to pay the rent smoothly and skilfully managed this situation with all parties getting a positive outcome, Ethan Gibbons who has dealt with a range of tenant issues without fuss and last but by no means least Ryan Daines for his help listing my properties and managing enquiries and his 'always available' support. Thank you you deserve to do well, please keep it going. David Walters a very satisfied customer.

I highly reccomend this Business. Kelsey's expertise, her friendly approach,from registering , to any questions I had made renting my property very enjoyable. Kelsey answered all my questions with accuracy and reassurance and explained the procedure in great detail.
I was told to ring anytime with any questions I had, I always got a returned call and every email is answered. I am very impressed with how everything is handled in a clear and consise manner. I feel confident that my property is in safe hands and would Highly reccomend.

It’s unfortunate to receive a 1-star review from a tenant who was evicted via the courts, though this outcome is not unexpected.
The entitlement reflected in the feedback is disappointing, particularly given the extensive support provided throughout both the tenancy and the eviction process.

We are new Landlords - putting our home on the rental market because of a job move. Abby has dealt with us since February 2025 (our move was delayed by other factors) and has consistently provided a very responsive and professional service, whilst at the same time being very personable in character. I have no hesitation in recommending this company and Abby in particular.

Would have given 10 stars if I could!!!! From submitting the enquiry to signing the lease with my new tenants, letting a property made it easy sailing. Honestly, the only regret i have is 'why haven't i used this company in the past, it would have saved me a lot of time and money'. Abigail Morgan's professionalism was exemplary. She arranged a time to give me a call and went through everything in detail. I really liked the transparency in the service, no hidden costs. I liked using the platform to book viewings for potential tenant's. Given the ability to look through the tenants was really good, the platform showed the relevant information i needed to make a decision and it was mobile friendly so I could look at updates whilst i was out an about. Whenever i telephoned the service some one answered within a couple of minutes, wow. Every time i emailed Abigail with questions she was so good to respond straight away. Even when the potential tenant had queries that i could not answer, I emailed Abigail and she rang the tenant straight away and advised the best way forward. I would definitely recommend this company, very professional.

Casey runs my property’s for me and I would highly recommend very helpful and always there if you need her.
