Should have read the reviews first. I placed an order and heard nothing for a week. Can't reach anyone via the given contact methods! Finally received a shipping notification and still no coat over a week later and still no contact. Scam. Update- it's now 23rd Nov, no coat and seller is disputing with the bank after the bank refunded!!! The absolute cheek!!!

Just echoing everyone else. I have not heard back from them since I made my purchase in June. It was for my wife's birthday, which came and passed... So that was great - now I'm asking my credit card company to refund me/stop payment. There's not even an option to cancel your order, or anything. They have like 3 ways to message them - whatsapp, website, and email. NO ONE ANSWERS ANY OF THEM.

I ordered from Lemonie Boutique on 26th June 2022 and had a text saying my order was posted on June 29th. Nothing since (it’s now July 14th) and no reply from the numerous emails and chat attempts to contact them- please don’t order from this company- if they are a real company then they are terrible- believe these reviews and don’t do it!
Update! I finally received my dresses on 23rd July- only after my bank refunded me and set up an investigation. The parcel was sent special delivery guaranteed next day! So why has it taken over a month to post ? Was there ever any intention? I have a theory that this order was originally posted to uk from somewhere abroad ( maybe caught up in brexit hold ups) and sent to whoever it was that sent it on to me. Otherwise the alternative must be that they never intended to send them but only did once my bank investigated. So I still say please don’t trust this company- there is something not right about them and you will probably lose your money - at best it will take far too long for delivery and like me you might end up with a dress too late for that special occasion. SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND JUST DON’T DO IT!
After the bank refunded me and I had a refund ( before the items arrived) I have now had a dispute raised against my claim! They claim I signed for the parcel
but it’s not my signature ( the postie sometimes does this). I am happy to refund my refund but what is interesting is that the postal receipt says it was posted in Australia originally- I only received a parcel that was posted from the uk. It’s all a big mess and I repeat- buy from this company at your own risk- I wouldn’t ever buy anything from them again.

I really dislike leaving bad reviews but at this point I have no choice so others don't have to experience the same situation. I ordered an item on the 08/05/2022. It's now the 23/05/2022 and have had no updates and haven't received the item.

I have messaged on FB, sent emails and finally cancelled the item. I sent another email to explain that if I didn't receive confirmation of a full refund within 24 hours I would raise a dispute with PayPal. I didn't hear anything so went ahead. I received a reply automatically from PayPal confirming a full refund.

I can only say do not buy from this company.

AVOID. Ordered a coat at the end of November 2021, received a confirmation text but my item never arrived. I contacted them multiple times through email, their online chat and WhatsApp with no replies at all. Had to request a refund via my credit card. Very disappointing.

Absolutely terrible company. I ordered a size 10 and was then messaged to say there was actually none available after my payment was taken. The seller and I agreed I would try a size up, when that order arrived it was actually a size 16, large. Far far too big. These are all human error, and mistakes that can easily happen, so I was completely reasonable and understanding! Up until this point Anna seemed very nice and communicative. It wasn't until I decided the coat just didn't suit me (after FINALLY receiving the correct size) so I messaged Anna to say I'd like to return it, she went quiet. I'd occasionally get the odd text, but she did not seem eager to give me my money back or any explanation. I had to keep pestering her constantly to try and get a response and I could see the messages were being read. Eventually she responded saying she could not refund me my money as she did not have the funds in her paypal account?! What kind of a business cannot refund you your money after the goods have been returned. I knew they were returned as they were tracked and delivered back to her home address.
Long story short I had to open up a dispute with paypal against her and they resolved it in my favour and i received my money back. I fully believe she was never going to refund me if she could have got away with it. She also took her Facebook page down whilst this was going on, but before she did I saw several bad reviews had been left. Save yourself the trouble and don't bother with this company. She doesn't know how to run a business professionally and how to treat customers with respect. It absolutely made my life so stressful for over a month of worrying about if I would get my money back, I even text her saying how stressed and worried the situation was for me and she did not care at all. No morals. I will think twice before shopping with a smaller business again now.
