Too short a time in resort.Menu in hotel could be shown in English.Please avoid a weekend where there is a street closure because the coach had to drop us a substantial distance from the hotel necessitating a long walk on return from excursion.Coach driver brilliant 5*

We're sorry that you felt your time in Boulogne was too short, but we clearly advertised the duration of the trip and so we are not sure how we could have improved your experience in that regard. As I am sure you can imagine, our trips are planned many months in advance and so it is often impossible to anticipate street closures but we are sorry for the additional walk that entailed.
Jock the driver was lovely
Jock the driver was lovely, very friendly, also kind and considerate to the elderly passengers. The coach was very basic. The journey took much longer than I expected, the pick ups around Cardiff put alot of extra time on the journey. The hotel and staff was lovely. I loved the trips while there. Definitely the time factor is a put off.

Thanks for taking the time to review your trip to the Isle of Wight. We're glad you enjoyed yourself whilst there and sorry you felt the journey too long. A large number of our customers use the train to Cardiff when joining our trips and that is why Cardiff Central is so popular.
Food was awful
Food was awful. Not just us but a number of customers sent food back. Showers in room was to small only just got in them had to leave door on shower open to have a shower. Knocking legs on beds every time. Matters was to thin could feel the bed fram though it. Was thinking of going to premier. Inn just to have a good night sleep. Nothing to doing in hotel till 5pm as the bar was locked. If we haven't gone on coach tips there was nothing to do except stay in your room. On the other hand the waitress was good and helpful. Will not be booking to go to the Burlington Hotel again. Wich is a shame as there a lot of potential.

female receptionist was confrontational intolerant & rude obviously did not want me in the hotel
re: female receptionist on duty at 6.30pm The Burlington hotel I.O.W.
I asked what time the heating came on? I was told it will not, as everyone was hot & they had all the doors open. I told her it was not hot in my room, I was told they could not put heating on in individual rooms. Her manner was very confrontational. A large group of people came behind me making a lot of noise & I could not hear what she was saying, & told her so & went in to dinner. A guest told me I could have a heater if I asked. so I asked & was told I was very rude & had walked away from her when she was speaking. She kept telling me how rude I was & I never got a heater & sat in my room with my coat on. The heat was on downstairs! She should not be front of house with her attitude. The menu for dinner was poor. Coach and driver were good. One receptionist can ruin a holiday! PS I do wear hearing aids but they are not helpful when there is a lot of background noise. I am an 85year young solo traveller.

Bristol and cream tea
The whole day was a pleasant experience clean coach, very good Driver friendly and helpful run to time, lovely boat ride with cream tea recomend the excursion and it was easy to book.

Excellent holiday
The holiday was excellent, the excursions were very good, and our driver Keith was very friendly and helpful , the whole holiday was very well organised, the only downside was the hotel, it was very black, the room wasn't very clean and the reception staff weren't very helpful

Isle of Wight
Went with my dad to Isle of Wight as he use to go with my late mum, dad wanted one last holiday, driver Keith, was a lovely person, kept us informed of what we were doing that day, and what we had to do once we were in the ferry, a very enjoyable experience

Western Super Mare weekend
Really enjoyed the trip was well organised hotel was good and right in the centre. Driver was lovely he was very entertaining and nothing was too much trouble. Would love to have him again on my next trip!

The trip was very comfortable. Nothing was a bother for the driver and he made the trip to London hysterical with his comedian jokes, everyone was enjoying it.

Mamma Mia!
I was lucky enough to join the trip at Newport so the rest of the journey was seamless. Karl the driver was very informative and helpful. The hotel was ideally situated to the O2 and there was plenty of free time without becoming too tedious.
Overall a brilliant experience!
