Location and hotel disappointing however the holiday overall was great . Karl our driver very good. So why am I having a moan ? Sandown nothing there derelict hotels on sea front no shops and no decent restaurants however food was included at the hotel. The hotel when I went on there website said and I quote major refurbishment in 2025 not sure where in the hotel this had taken place the hotel was also very dark and gloomy. No staff available over night. Some rooms cleaned on Sunday not all bearing in mind only 27 guests staying? I was left with the feeling you get what you pay for. I would go back to the Isle of Wight again BUT not Sandown or the Burlington hotel

Everything from the booking staff Jock and Roy the drivers were fantastic fun and so well run.Hotel in Nimar lovely including the breakfast and the trip to MAASTRICH fantastic and the show was better than we expected so well organised from the booking into the Hotel ... the times of the trips was superb so much fun thank you for a wonderful time and definately anyone wanting to see Andre Rieux use this company .Simply the best....

The bus was comfortable and our driver Carl was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was a bit tired and my room had not been made up. The staff were very apologetic and I was given another room that was very small ,it's usually given to single people not couples. I was given some drinks vouchers as an apology.

Had a great time at isle of white,and enjoyed the trips

This hotel is advertised as a 2 star but it should be more.
The staff are lovely and nothing was too much trouble, entertainment a few nights with Brian from reception doing a quiz on a Monday night was really good.
We were dinner, bed breakfast, the food was lovely and hot with good portions and choices on both sittings, our waitress Ana was brilliant.
The rooms were very large with plenty of storage, clean light and airy, we will definitely go back.
The service supplied by leisuretime was really good value for money and the drivers are excellent.

Pleasant driver even managed to stay cool when there were complaints about air-con. Thankfully he listened to the majority

Leisure time is a fantastic coach company. Had a great day trip to the Cotswold Wildlife Park. Our driver was very informative, chatty and funny, and the coach was very comfortable.

Hotel really clean and staff lovely. A couple of recommendations
1. The bar wasn’t open until 5.00 every day so couldn’t get a drink anywhere or a snack.
2. The bath/shower should have handrails

Mostly an excellent tour. Bus driver was very considerate and contributed substantially to the success of the tour. Hotel (Leonardo, Gateshead) mostly good, with pleasant staff, good food and a comfortable room, but the bathroom was in a poor state of repair ... not least of the problems was that the door handle kept on falling off! So one star off for the hotel deficiencies, but overall we were happy with the holiday.

Excellent value and service from Toureasy on our trip to Jersey. Everything was very well organised with local pick up and drop offs. Hard to find a better value holiday.

Nice start to see Josh was our driver as usual he was friendly helpful and nothing was too much trouble for him hotel was good staff helpful friendly and the food was really good

Day Trip to Cotswold Wildlife Park & Gardens

Lovely day out. Coach was on time. Weather was good. Driver kept us informed and everyone got back on the coach at the designated time to come home.

Firstly a big thank you to Nigel our driver. He was excellent, both entertaining and professional.

The value of the trip was good and the hotel and hotel location was excellent.
Food in the hotel was what I expected, but they do need a decent coffee machine in the reception.
The tribute act was ok. Certainly not a brilliant Neil Diamond, but he did redeem himself with the second half of his act.

Went to Blackpool 27june got on the coach in sarn went uesal pick then went into Bristol which took us out of our way stopped for 45 minutes never stopped again for about 3 hours and he only stopped then because someone on the bus asking him coming bk wasn't much better he only stopped once would definitely think twice about going again especially if it was the same driver and the same route didn't get home until gone 6

The driver of the coach Keith was amazing. Excellent driver as you expect but keep us inform every step of the hole week. The hotel gave good food but we asked to change rooms as it was so nosey and they put us in a room which had a very bad smell. So had to change rooms again which was fine. The hotel was in a good location

Well organised tour, on time, comfortable coach. Hotel was lovely, very clean, staff very good.

We only went for 2 days down to the riviera in Torquay and what a fabulous time we had from the time we got on the bus until we got off , hotel great evening entertainment fabulous and to top it Nigel the driver was brilliant,well done 👍

Driver on time for our pick up. Pleasant man but not overly friendly. We were not able to go to Cowes, so alternative place to visit was chosen for us, which could have been somewhere more pleasant or we could have had more time in Yarmouth. We were not consulted in this matter. Otherwise all good.
