The best opticians anywhere
i have been a customer of Leightons Marlow for many years now and I really can’t recommend John and his team enough. The quality of care is first class and the customer experience from eye test through to picking up your glasses really is exemplary. Their knowledge and advice and customer care really is second to none and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Poor experience with expensive glasses…
Poor experience with expensive glasses breaking after 3 years. Little response to help to mend or replace and wasted my time in saying they had a frame in stock when not true. Did not apologise and only interested in selling another frames and lenses

Thank you very much for your feedback, we're so sorry that your experience has fallen short of our normal high standards of service. Upon investigation, it would seem that your frames had since been discontinued by the manufacturer and were outside warranty, so no replacement was available, and unfortunately they were not viable to successfully repair.
By way of an apology, we would like to offer you 20% off your choice of new frames and lenses, along with an Ultimate Eye Examination free of charge to ensure that the lenses are absolutely correct for your current prescription. Please email update@leightons.co.uk if you would like to arrange this. Once again, we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.
